Model Reviewed: Adams Tight Lies 2 3 wood

After losing my money club a while ago to breakage, it took sometime to find a suitable replacement....boy was it worth it!! With its 13 degrees of loft & bimatrix shaft, I have never felt so comfortable swinging, whether off the tee or fairway. I'm not a big hitter but manage to consistantly reach the 230-240 mark with it. Great club

Model Reviewed: 3 and 5 wood

wife originally bought 3 wood as xmas present in 2000. liked it so much bought 5 wood following year. strong 3 wood can be a bit tougher to hit from fairway owing to its 13 degree loft so a poor swing will result in a poor result. given a decent swing it will perform. reg flex graphite in both produce consistent shot trajectories and distance. easier to hit and getting more distance than the clubs they replaced--original callaway and taylormade copper burner. strong 3 is great off the tee, can carry almost as far as my driver. strong five wood very playable which is often results in my 3 iron staying in the bag the whole round. please note however, these are not clubs for one who slices and/or comes over the top--the relatively shallow face will produce pop ups, particularly from the rough. clubs are now discountinued but can be found for 100 bucks which is a steal. i spend a lot of money on clubs but have no desire in replacing these two any time soon.

first 3 wood had broken shaft deep in the hosel. called golf galaxy, shipped it to them and had replacement in less than two weeks.

Bought the 3 over a year ago and liked it so much I went out and got both the 5 and 7 shortly after. Extremely forgiving club and beautiful off the fairway. Also fairly easy to draw and fade if the shot calls for it. Due to the narrow club face, I rarely tee the three up on shorter par 4's. Overall, a club you can't beat for the price because of its consistency. Only negative, somewhat shorter than the Steelhead Callway in my opinion.

Very good club overall.... It is very easy to hit, easy to control, has really good distance and?xD;?xA;accuracy... It is a 235 yards pop assured! to mis-hit it, you really need to put a bad swing on this club...?xD;?xA;The downside is definitely the feel... I have the steel faced-steel shafted model, and the feel really isn't that great...?xD;?xA;not much response from the hit and a very distant feel if you ask me...?xD;?xA;But a club that surely gets the job done and a very good value for this price...

I`ve tryed all the new golf equipment and they perform okay but once I purchased the adams tight lies 3 and 5 fairway woods.I`ve been hitting alot straigher and farther,Which has lowered my scores down to a few over par on 18 holes.I really like the tight lies 2 fairway woods. All I can say is I can`t wait till then make even better clubs.

Outstanding clubs at outstanding prices. I use the 15* off the tee sometimes and, get almost the same distance as my Cleveland Quadpro. I like the 15* so much I bought a 19* strong 5 on sale for $49. Recommend these fairway woods to anyone.

Model Reviewed: TL2 13* and 19*, stiff graphite

I have replaced a lot of clubs in my bag but I don''t even think about new fairway woods with these puppies. I really love the feel, accuracy, and distance I get with the TL2. Have tried the original tight lies and a lot of others but none compair. I like the smaller size. They are small but with the Adams graphite they seem perfectly balanced. Whatever I need these clubs respond. Have the most success when I relax and take a nice swing, you''ll lose no distance. Origianlly had a steel shaft in the 3 wood, that was difficult to hit. I was blown away when I got the 5 wood with the graphite, WOW! Immediately had the the 13* reshafted. These are the clubs that I look forward to being able to use. These are really high quality fairway woods that are at incredible prices. Best (and cheapest) in my bag.

Get distance from the tee or fairway. I would have preferred the stiff flex but for $50 dollars, I am very pleased.

Bought a Strong 4 16 degree a couple of months ago and still struggling to hit it right. It''s really meant for low handicappers who has great accuracy. I''ve tried the original Tight Lies Strong 5 19 degree and I love it. I''ll probably reconsider Tight Lies 2 once I improve my game to the next level. I''m also trying to sell my two months old Tight Lies 2 Strong 4.

Outstanding club! The 16 degree fairway wood is almost as long as my driver and almost always on the fairway when used from the tee. Highly recommedned.
