Took a flyer on this driver and bought it on e-bay because of the low price. I have been nothing but pleased. I am in my mid 40s and am hitting the ball 280 to 300 with this driver. Even the mis-hits are going 240-250 and staying straight. In the past I have had some slice when I tried to go long, but got the draw face and can go for the fences so to speak. I am very pleased with this driver, so much so I bought one for my 15 year old son. Can't give a better recommendation.

I'm a junior in highschool and I'm 5'3"...
with this driver I feel that I can hit the ball with anyone.
I've got 7.5 degreese and people can't belive that I can hit this thing.
I having the same problem with the cracking, which sucks.
I've been laughed at, but the only Driver that I've hit that feels even remotely better is the Taylormade burner
I love this club!

I play on a senior mini tour and from the first moment i hit this driver i could not believe it. my average drive is 285 at sea level. with the burrows, it is over 300. my misses are much straighter and i can crank this club to well over 340 when necessary. would recommend to anyone.

I really like this club. I have the speeder shaft and it puts the ball on the perfect trajectory. Only one small problem, the weld around the sphere on the bottom cracked and it spead to the face of the driver. I never had this problem with any other driver I have owned. I gonna miss that driver.

I agree with many of the reviewers. This is a great club. I found I hit it about the same distance as my Adams driver but Now I am much more accurate. The last time I played I only missed 1 fairway on the front nine.

I find that the accuracy I get now makes a 5 stroke difference in my score. I ecpect to be in the high 80's very soon.

Love this club and am looking to buy the 3 and 5 woods as well.

Amazing club !!! Bought this for dirt cheap off of ebay (under $25 delivered). When it arrived, I through a few old balls down in my backyard (I live on a golf course), took a few warm up swings (I had not played in over a year) and proceeded to hit 4 of the furthest, straightest 3 woods I have hit in my life. That was a week ago

I had the chance to play this week on a very tough course (again - I hadn't played in over a year and typically shoot high 90's). One of the guys I played with was a 5 handicap. He and the other teed off from the Blues - while I played the whites (generally about a 15- 20 yard difference per hole). I used my new Powershpere 3 wood to tee off and I was out there IN THE FAIRWAY just as far as they were (yes - even the 5 handicapper) off the tee - and they were using driver. Straight, long and true nearly every time !!! Even my mis-hits went ok

Amazing club. I am sold and just bought the driver and 5 wood for equally dirt cheap prices. Can't wait til they arrive

Bought this puppy due to cheap price on Ebay and above reviews. I've never been so disappointed in my life. I carry a USGA 9.3 handicap on a TPC course at my country club and this is the most difficult driver to hit I've tried in over 5 years. It is NOT forgiving and heel and toe hits are not nearly as forgiving as with my current (back in my bag)Hoagan Big Ben driver, which is by far the best I've ever had.
There is a real good reason the Burrows company went bankrupt... the products, with the exception of the wedges SUCK. I'm giving it a 3 value rating, because it came with an excellent shaft that I'll put in another club.

purchased the 420cc driver with the stock grafalloy hot flex shaft for a travel driver (got it on sale for $49) and used it for 4 rounds on holidays, wow this thing rocks and is easily as good as my taylor 580xd and my VFT proseries drivers. This is now in my bag as #1 driver.

Well, I'm an absolute novice at this game really so you can take what you want from this review. I picked up the Burrows MAC Powersphere on ebay for £25 having read many good reviews of this club from when it first came out and by fellow reviewers. I didn't know at the time that Burrows Golf had gone bust and that is why you can find all of their stuff so cheap. Anyway on to the review:

This is a weird looking club. I'm well known for being quite a gadget geek and I did myself no favours pulling this out of my bag having never even hit a driver. My swing is ok from playing bit when I was younger but I didn't expect to hit the ball so well with this thing. I am getting away with murder some of the time with off centre shots that should be going left and right. The only problem that I have to get rid of is my fade but that's not a problem of the club.

I love this club so much that I'm getting the 3 wood and I've order the ION putter and Tourbounce lob wedge from the states off ebay. It's probably just as well they didn't do irons because I don't need them but probably would have bought them anyway.

Customer Service

Not needed but I don't fancy my luck if they're bankrupt.
