Its an OK 5W and it gets about what I expect distance wise. But, really, I'm pretty much afraid I'm going to hook with this club, so, I aim right. It goes straight sometimes and hooks others. I carry it, but I'd rather have something else.

Great distance and accuracy right off the bat. I'm involved in a golf league with friends and I'm sure to turn a few heads with my improved overall long and short game thanks to Nickent. My Dad has said the same about his clubs (he has the same irons). We both love the weight each iron provides but mostly the accuracy and consistency of the clubs.

first time i hit with this club the ballwent straight for 245 yards, it outdrove my old 1 wood consistently, always straight and and always long even into the wind, i coulnd't believe the effort it took at the driving range to take a bad shot with this club, but what did it for me was when i started hitting shots 120, 130 yards straight with one arm, this is the most forgiving club i have ever used, and on payday will be hunting down the 3 wood and driver for my set

Model Reviewed: Nickent GH Plus 10* Driver

I was getting better distances with my Taylor Made Burner 3 wood than my previous driver, a Wilson Fatboy. Tried many of the new Callaway's, Ping's and Taylor Made's drivers and I was not getting any more distance than what I had. Wanted to go back to a head size of the driver I started with, I seemed to get some good distance out of it but I had a wicked slice. Went to a local golf store looking for such a club head. The pro there suggest the Nickent GH Plus 450 hypersteel. I first tried it out with the stiff shaft, he told me for my club speed I should try the Competition 75 Tour. I tried it in their test area and it felt great. Took it out the next day to a new golf course and I swore I was carrying 15 yard on my drives with with at least an extra 30 to 40 yards on the roll. A few days later I it tried out the course I normally golfed on and true enough I was getting the extra carry with a 250 yard drive on the roll. I am impressed the club feels right in my hands, good weight, nice balance in the swing and good vibrations on contact. The ball is going where I am aiming, the slice has yet to appear in the dozen round or so I've played with the club, and getting better distance than my old driver. Who could ask for anything more. Now I have to learn how to aim.

I think this was the best driver i have ever owned (still own 4 driferent types) this particular club i hit 280+ mts no problems and very consistant no balloon efect flight just good even climb and the distance is fantastic every time i hit off the first tee i have confidence that it won't fail me unlike my taylor made/ callaway / titleist drivers. ps why don't they make a blade nickent iron?

Bought the 13° #3+ Wood with Dynamic Gold S300 shaft. I find that it is a very good club for off the fairway, as well as tee shots on tight and shorter Par 4's, where you might get into trouble if you hit too long. It has good feel on most shots, and is weighted to have a slight draw, which in my case straightens out my fade/slice. Is said to be a similar design to Calloway Steelhead+ but at less than half the price.

Customer Service

Good, was fitted for swing speed, length, and grip size.

The club is nice if you want to hook the ball. But I already hooked the ball and I was hitting some serious power draws. the club has a very deep face an can be pretty easy to top the ball with. you really gotta sweep the ball with this club. The distance is great, I can hit it a real long way when i get ahold of it. Probably a better club for people with a sweeping swing. the sound it makes is pleasing as well

I'm a 12yr old who plays about twice a week. I was hitting an old king cobra 3 wood but disided that i needed an upgrade. I had a choice between the Wilson Deep Red and Hypersteels. I was never a specialist in the field of fairway woods but now they're my best shot. I bought the 3 and 5 and I hit the 5 200m with deadly accuracy. It has a beautiful ball flight and the sound that it makes is perfect, a slight whomp but still a bit of a tink in it. I'm very happy with them. I had to slow my swing slightly to prevent a slice but I still get a fair bit of distance.
