This club is awesome...I can crank this thing 250 in good conditions and they are straight shots too. I would usually not recommend a 5 wood for someone of my ability, but this club has the distance on it to replace the 2 irons for now. I have a stiff steel shaft. Just think what you could do with a graphite and a good swing!

These are some of the most solid irons on the market. I have them with rifle 6.5 shafts and golf pride victory anniversary grips. I have been looking for a new set because I have been playing these for four years now but I can't find a club that feels BETTER. Some others also feel very good but not good enough to switch. Very workable both draw and fade as well as trajectory control. A good used set would be a good buy for the better player.

WOW! I've always been able to hit the fairway woods, but these clubs are excellent... Easy to swing, forgiving and long. My buddy put it best when he tried my clubs; "It barely feels like you're swinging a club at all...they're great". I used to occasionally hit a rough slice with my fairway woods. Not with these. My hat's off to Taylor Made.

Great club. First time I used it I hit 12 out of 15 fairways and the other 3 were in the first cut of rough. I'm 14 and with my old driver, I would hit the ball around 200-215, but with this club I hit around 240-250. The looks are great, but the only negative is the sound, but the sound doesn't effect your golf shot. I reccomend this club to anyone.

These are the greatest woods that I have ever used. I went to buy Callaway Steelheads and came out with these. Rifle Steel Shafts worked better for me than I thought they would.

I bought this club last year because I had had enough of trying to convince myself that I could consistently hit a 1 or 2 iron. Why did it take me so long? Anyway, I love this club. A well struck ball goes about 250-260 yards right down the middle. However, if I need to back down a little, distance control is not a problem. Poorly struck shots don't wander too far off track as long as I haven't put a really awful swing on it. The feel at impact is solid a gives a satisfying "tink".

The club drive the ball far and gives a nice boring ball flight. the problem I'm having is with the shaft. I've sent the club to Taylor Made twice because the shaft bent.

Customer Service

Taylor Made says they cover their products for 2 years but they tried to charge me for the repair of the shaft but I refused to pay because I just got the club 2 months ago. Golf galaxy agreed to pay the charge. Well see what happens next because I had to return the club yesterday because the shaft bent.

Launches straighter than a scud missle.
Can u say long? Long. Tight lie? No Problem. Off the tee I call the 3W "The Answer to all of life's problems" If i need it down the pipe for any chance to score I have the ANSWER. They sound a little strange compared to the Pings and Titlelists i tried (Must the the supersteel)but they provide results.
Great Clubs! Find and buy

The only woods I had ever played with up to this point were a set of old Spaldings...I was always to frugal (read cheap) to buy anything better. I finally did this year with the assistance of several gift certificates, and what a difference this club makes! I am hitting 250 yds off the tee regularly and in my first round of golf I hit 8 out of 14 fairways with the only misses being slightly off in the rough but close. I definetly recommend.
