If you can still find these clubs buy them! They are great buy. I bought my set new off Ebay for $115. Talk about a great deal! I play better with these clubs than the more expensive name brand clubs. They aren't as forgiving as the oversize clubs out there, but for the mid level golf player, you will get a lot more out of these clubs. They hit far, you can shape your shots, and they hit straight if you want to do that. Not only do they hit great, but they are quality built too. I've had my set for almost a year now and they still look almost brand new. The grips are so so, but you can easily replace those if you wanted. overall, great great clubs!

Customer Service

I love Adams Golf, and I love their clubs. I've never had any problems with them.

Model Reviewed: A1 pro hybrid w/ 2 iron hybrid dynamic gold regs

This is my second set of clubs ever purchased, an upgrade from the dunlop starter set i bought two years ago. Maybe it's just a mental thing but these irons have really improved my game. The smaller club heads and reduced off set has really helped in the improvement of my game as you have to make a better swing to get the ball where you want it with these clubs. I could hit the ball pretty far with my old clubs and i really didn't gain any distance with these new irons but my game is way more consistent with these. The hybrid 2 iron is a beast, goes far and high and has replaced the 7 wood i used to have. For the price i paid for these ($165 @ rockbottom booth at golf expo) I couldn't be happier. All of you who got the set with no hybrid 2i, I suggest you go on ebay and grab yourself one for about 40 buks, you won't be dissapointed.

Model Reviewed: Adams A1OS Irons

Let me begin by saying that I have been an Adams Golf equipment fan for several years and have played several different models of their clubs. I recently purchased their newest irons; the A1OS. The hybrid 3 and 4 irons and the transition 5 and 6 irons are great. The live up to the claims made by Adams. They are extremely easy to hit and unrivaled in the forgiveness area. That being said we come to the 7,8,9,W irons. They are terrible. They are not hard to hit but completely lack feel. The shafts seem different from the hybrid shafts. I like the hybrid/transition irons well enough to keep them, but I am replacing the 7,8,9,W with Ping G5s.

I got these irons when I was playing bogey golf and they have been a perfect fit for me as I approach single digits. A very solid feeling, well-balanced club. Easy on the eyes at setup as they don't look bulky like some OS cavity backs nor intimidating like some blades. The moderate clubhead size also gets through the rough much easier than larger clubheads. The short irons are feel great and don't baloon on punch shots. Great size for chipping around the greens too. Mid irons (5-7) are great. They workable without being impossible to keep on line and give just the right amount of feedback and forgiveness on mis-hits for a player trying to improve. Long irons are the best thing to happen to my game. They are so easy to hit I don't even stress hitting the 3-iron anymore. Very forgiving. Makes me kind of wonder what the hybrid 2i is like. Overall, I can't recomend these clubs highly enough. Before I got these I was pretty much sold on the ping ISI-K's, but these clubs are just so much easier to hit in the long irons and so much easier to handle in the short irons around the greens. Plus they were a way better deal on ebay.

These irons are very nice to hit. The ease of the 3 and 4 irons combined with the precision of the 9 and PW are a great mix. I tested both the Pro and the normal A1 and found that the normal A1 was too chunky and the offset removed the precision of the low irons. Found both to be equally as forgiving. Dont think there is a difference there. For the money (Ebay for $300 Aussie dollars), its a great great set.

Model Reviewed: Adams Graphite A1 Pro w/Hybrid 2i

I purchased the Adams A1 Pro irons earlier this year and have been very pleased with the results. The regular flex Aldila graphite shafts are light and produce predictable results every time. The hybrid iron included with the set is a 2I with a 17 degree loft and this is one great club, straight and long. The hollow back 3-4 irons are also easy to hit and this is from someone who has always struggled with the long irons. Although the set is reoommended for the 0-10 hdcp golfer, I think is also a great set of irons for the average golfer looking to improve their game. Highly recommended.

easiest iron I have ever played. One of the longest most controllable irons I have ever hit. You can really work the ball either way with these irons. high shots, knock down shots you name it. I have gained about 10 yards distance wise per club. guess that is why all those guys on the champion tour are using these babies. the 2i wood/iron is awesome find myself chipping with it around the greens. hitting knock down shots with it also. using off the box what a club. last week during a round I actually hit the stick 2 times on my approach shots. 1 from 170 out 7 iron and the other from 155 out a stiff 9 iron. come w/dgs300 shafts, tour velvet grips and with a price tag that what make you choke.

I've been playing for about one year to date and decided to upgrade the old Wilson's. I spent about two weeks reading reviews on clubs from Ping i3's to Wilson Fat Shaft's. Considering price and quality I concluded that the Adams would be ideal. I managed to find a brand new set on Ebay for around $200. Before even testing the clubs at a range, I headed to the course. To my surprise I shot an 85 which happened to be my best yet, if I could putt probably would've been close to 80. Contrary to Adams who recommend these clubs to "skilled" players, I found them remarkably easy to hit. All my iron shots were high and long not to mention straight. I've heard nothing but good things about the hybrid clubs, but I thought the 3 and 4 irons (non hybrid) in the set I bought weren't very difficult at all to hit. I would highly recommend these clubs to anyone looking to improve their game at a bargain price for quality clubs.
