I had hit my friends club on the range and was surprised at the consistency and distance I was getting. I hit this 2 iron equivalent much straighter and further (200 on a poor swing, up to 235 on a good one). I ran out and bought one and have not looked back. When I'm inconsistent with the driver which is more often than I'd like to admit, I go to this club and find the fairway 3 out of 4 times. I like those numbers. I have outdriven other
golfers using their drivers. Granted I'm younger and stronger than some
older golfers I end up playing with at your average muni course, I don't feel
like I lost out if I get outdriven by 10-20 yards i the fairway.
This is my confidence club and I can hit it well off the fairway and out of
the rough. Straight and far, the way I like to hit it.

The fit and finish of the club are top notch. The club fits in well with my
Ping I3 irons and has become my 2 iron/3 iron hybrid keeping my 3 iron
in the closet. Replaced the grip right away, however, don't like the slippery
Cleveland grip..prefer Golf Prides. Comes with a nice neoprene headcover, but I never use it. I treat the club more like a hittable iron than a precious metal wood.

Have seen them on ebay for under $100 but I wanted a steel shaft and
those can be hard to come by. The shaft is a special True Temper made
for Cleveland similar to the constant weight shaft TT makes for Callaway's steelhead plus fairway woods/irons. Stiff is not more like stiff/regular and
easy to hit. Highly recommend.

I'm curious about the Kasco K2K but the price seems steep.

The problem with this club is not length. The ball pops off the face and is in the air before your chin comes up. The problem is where it goes, which could be anywhere from the middle of the fairway/green to the ice chest on the drink-cart girl's ride. I am a fairly straight hitter (not that long), but I couldn't get this thing to go anywhere consistently. I bought it because it was $70 cheaper than the T-Made Rescue Wood, but I returned it after two rounds and threw down the extra 70 for a better product.

I had picked up a Taylor Made Rescue club from the used bin and played a few rounds. I found it easy to hit, but I hooked it like nothing else in my bag. I had seen the Clevelands and decided to give them a look. After trying them in the store I traded for a 21 degree used Cleveland. I was so impressed with that I purchased a 18 degree.
I find the clubs easy to hit long and straight. I can hit the 21 about 200 to 210 off the frairway. I hit the 18 220 to 235. Off of a tee I can count on about 10 15 extra yards.
These clubs have replaced my fairway woods completely. I have such confidence in them that I no longer fear the long par fours and par fives. I firmly believe that this confidence has helped my entire game. I have broken 90 twice since buying these clubs.

Saw this in the used club bin at Golf USA and after swinging it a few times decided to try it on the computerized simulator. Simulator said I was hitting it 230 and straight. Pulled out my own 5-wood to hit on the simulator for comparison and it wasn't nearly as accurate or consistent in length.
Played today on a course with a lot oa 325-360 yd par fours and hit 10 solid shots with it- used off tee on tight par 4's and in place of fairway woods on par 5's
This is now my favorite club. my 5-wood is history. I will probably replace my 3-wood with the 15* model

This club is great!!! Never in my life have I been this confident on par 4's. Trust me I suck at golf but this club has made it fun, i.e I'm not in the other fairways anymore. It always gives me a good chance into short par 4's. I find the fairway with it everytime. However, I did find that it isn't that forgiving. If you mishit it wont help too too much. But the good hits bore into the wind and and give nice roll. A really good club...for some people. My single digit friend hit it and whaled on it about 10 times in a row at the range...all straight down the pipe 260. However, since driving irons aren't "tough guy" 2 irons, he said he hates my club and will continue to hit it 2 iron 230 with half the accuracy. For all you good players, give your ego a rest. This club will make you even better than you are now, this club is so effortless compared to a two iron. Just ry it out.

I love these clubs. I hit the 15* 210yds + off the tee and the 21* 180-200 yds off the fairway. If I make a decent swing off the tee, the 15* goes dead straight. If I make a poor swing, it slices some but much less than my 3 wood. The 21* always flies dead straight with perhaps a little draw. Much easer to hit off the ground than a long iron and easier to hit straight than a fairway wood. The only negative I've found is that they are not terribly forgiving. Hit the ball on the toe and it doesn't go very far, but hit is near the center of the clubface and and it flies beautifully.

Model Reviewed: 21 degree Launch Iron

I was looking for a good long iron replacement club, and saw some ads for various driving irons. So it was off to my local Golf Galaxy to hit the simulators and try a few. I hit the Taylor Rescues, Cobra Bafflers, the Adams IWood, and the QuadPro Launch Iron. The QuadPro won hands down. I was consistantly 10 yards longer than the Rescue and IWood, and 15 longer than the Baffler. My accuracy was much better with this club than the others as well. I was getting around 185 yards on average (with the 21 degree)with a beautiful high trajectory. I also found I cound work the ball and hit draws and power fades, something I could not do with the other clubs.

The club is sharp looking and first-class in construction. It is VERY forgiving and easy to aim. I read some of the other reviews of this club, and I can only say that, like many specialty clubs, it does not compliment every swing type - but it sure does compliment mine. On most shots I try to think of it as a 5 iron and work it that way. I also play Cleveland wedges (which I also love), and I think this is another first-rate product.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY WHO HAS TROUBLE HITTING WOODS. I USED THIS CLUB TWICE AND I CAN'T GET OVER HOW STRAIGHT I AM HITTING IT AND HOW MUCH THE BALL JUMPS OFF THE CLUB FACE. I PRIMARILY HIT THE 15 DEGREE OFF THE TEE AND I HIT 240-250... GREAT CLUB IF THIS CONTINUES I WILL BE IN THE MARKET FOR THE 18 AND 21 DEGREE,, GET THIS CLUB IF YOU LIKE HITTING IRONS RATHER THAN WOODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
