Very solid. Compared to Ping I-5 blade, Taylor made RAC, and a couple others I tried out. This Cobra just hit more solid. Have played about a month with them now and have hit some amazing long iron shots in particular, compared to the TA845s which were in my bag last season. At first they seemed to hook the ball but I think it was just getting used to the lighter shafts than in my previous irons. I am definitely a full club longer in the irons and have hit into trouble over the greens while dialing in the yardage. I know the lofts are a little stronger than I am used to, but I also think the clubs have more punch on the ball.

Customer Service

Cobra was OK with answering a couple questions via email, but did not follow-up on one of my questions when I was trying to confirm something on the shaft specs.

best feeling iron along with hitting iron I have played. you can do anything you please with these irons, distance is long, the 115 gram shaft works well with heads. 13 grams lighter than DGS300 only difference in shaft. produce faster club head speed. d2 swing weight, 1/2 " over standard. with a great price compared to the rest of player's irons on the market. traded a old set of adams ideal a1 pro's and 100.00 to boot......very happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

WOW! It was love at first swing. The feel of these Cobra irons is amazing! They give great feedback on contact, carry well with a slightly lower ball flight, and go like crazy. I've only played a few rounds, so i am slowly dialing in the distances, but my iron play has improved drastically. Ideal for the mid handicapper, these clubs have less offset, ideal for a player like me who plays a natural draw. Also ideal for a lower, controlled ball flight. Very easy to work the ball both ways. For $600 CDN they were a steal, only the callaway x-18's came close and they were an extra $300. Highly recommended!

Have played with these clubs a half a dozen times now- I played varsity all throughout high school- and after that, just now and again over the past 9 years- but finally getting back into it on a regular basis...

I love these clubs- I went to golfsmith and just tried iron after iron- not even looking at the brand or whatever, kept whittling them down- and ended up with these. Everyone that tries one of mine loves what i love about them- they are perfectly weighted. I like a heavier club head- that i can feel through the ball- these things just feel perfectly balanced.

The ball pops off the club face too- i'm hitting further, higher, and with more accuracy. These clubs are workable- i'm not back in my old form yet (in the 80's)- but soon enough... biggest thing for me was the feel and the balance of the club- and with everything i've hit with- love these the best.

Customer Service

through golfsmith- custom fit and ordered these clubs- they arrived 6 days after the order was placed... just in time as the links were opening up around here...

I was looking to buy a new set of irons as my game was getting steady in the mid to high 80s and i wanted some workable clubs. Was fixed on the MP 60s but Jerry at Golf Mart in Fremont, CA asked me to try the 2300s as well. I liked the MP 60s but the feel on the 2300s was incredible and a $350 price difference helped make the decision too! Have played 2 rounds and shot an 82 and an 84!. Can't believe how many greens I am hitting and the spin I am getting on the short irons. This is a great set of irons for golfers who are beginning to shape their shots.

Customer Service

Took 6 days for the custom ordered clubs to arrive. Can't beat that!

recently test hit a set of the 2300im cobra irons, was using slingshots by nike. loved the feel of these while testing indoors on a simulator, not really a good test i know but i took a chance on a set with stiff shafts.went to the driving range and found that they carried an extra 20 yards per club with no extra effort to hit them , i could not believe a 7 iron could go 180 yards!!! went and played a round at my local course ,hit 16 of 18 greens from 80 yards out to 230 yards out .could not beleive the distance and the accuracy ,one of the missed greens was an attempt to hit the short side where the pin was only 7 paces on. finished the round on my low score ever 80 even never hit a club that did what it said it would , at 500.00 a set it is probably the best club out there and i have tried a few
