Really impressed with these clubs. I bought them iron by iron from a bin at my local Golf Store Boneventure Golf Augusta GA. So I payed a total of 100.00 for a 6 through pitchng wedge. The used sets are selleing for $300.00. Ne-ways. I am committed to staying with the se irons. They are frustrating and will make you pay dearly for bad swings; but that is what I need to do so that I know I am swinging badly. But as you begin to correct the swing and learn to play corrrectly these clubs are awesome and they are teaching me. i recommend them to anyone looking to really learn how to swing an iron.

these irons are amazingly good to hit and when you do hit these irons correctly they go miles. Before I brought these irons i had the mp33's which were good irons until I recognised these beuties. I would recomend to those of you who are handicap 12 and below. :)

I recently bought the mp 60's on Ebay for a great price.I have tried tons of different irons, mostly game improvement irons. These Mp 60's are incredible. They are well balanced, look terrific and when you hit them on the nose it is a beautiful thing. They are more forgiving than the Mp 32's with a little bit larger head. These irons go where you point them and the distance and height are excellent.I have noticed I am more focused on my swing and tempo because they are not blunt instruments like my oversize irons.A repeating swing is a must and if you hit these on the toe you will not be a happy camper.I have 5 sets of Mizuno's all with True Temper shafts except these. They have Nippon 950 steel stiff shafts.I highly recommend you get the Nippon shafts, they are the best I have ever hit.At 53 I have findly found my irons,at 63 I will put Nippon Regular shafts in them and keep on playing.

Of, here's a real life testimony with no BS about these clubs. I have been a mid to high handicapper for 20 years. I started out all wrong by hitting forged blades which almost made me quit the game. A buddy talked me into buying a set of Golfsmith Harver Pencik Master offset cavity-backed cast clubs. I did much better and have over the years but I knew it wasn't just the club it was my swing. This is the first year I have played a considrable amount of golf ( 10 rounds so far)and have been going to the range more. My swing has gotten much better tot he point I have been shooting low-mid 80's> But something has been missing. The offset started to affect my game as my swing got better as many shots were starting to draw too much> A freind gave me his set of MP60's and said just try them. Well, off to the range I went and after a bucket I was smilin gear to ear. These clubs force you to swing smoother and with better tempo. And when yu do, it is the sweetest feeling I have ever felt while striking a golf ball. The flight/trajectory is perfect and my draw has been reduced to only a couple yards now. The feedback and workability of these clubs is awesome. I did notice that these clubs are about a half a club shorter than my previous cavity-backs prolly due to thge swing weigt being slighly lighter. I can fix that though by replacing the Dynamic Gold shafts with a bit lighter ones. However I DO NOT recommend them to beginners. While they are forgiving, you need a good swing with good mechanics to consistently hit a good shot. BUt oh when you hit one of the "screws" there isn't a better feeling. These clubs have helped my swing that much more by having to swing smoother with better tempo. NOw I klnow what tour pros feel when they strike a perfect shot. These clubs are pure awesomeness!!!

I'm an older guy (61) who has switched back to mp-60 dgr300 and love the 7-pw. For the guys who fluff up their lie and then say they shot 78, the mp-60 probably won't hold any advantage...OK, I just had make that "fluff disclaimer"...now, let's get real: consider hitting out of the rough and playing golf by the rules of golf...for playing golf by the rules of golf and digging the ball out of the rough, the mp-60s are superb...for hitting around a tree, for chipping, for holding greens, the mp-60s are superb...From 150 yards in, I play mp-60 7-pw dgr300 standard length and 1 degree up and then Vokey 50, 54 and 58 dg wedge flex...Why? Because under a wide range of conditions (lies) the mp-60 short irons just work better for me. Give me a 2nd shot out of the rough on a par 4 that has to hold the green and I have more confidence/success hitting down on the ball with the mp-60 7-PW than with a larger/ more "forgiving" iron. If you drive the ball well enough and long enough that you are consitently hitting a 9i or less for your 2nd shot on a par 4 and very seldom need anything longer than a 7 iron, and play the ball as it lies, then MP-60 is definitely worth considering. I'm not good enough to consistently hit my MP-60 longer irons into my desired target area, so, I play a slightly offset, larger headed, stronger lofted 6 iron that is easy to hit straight off the fairway, a Cobra 4 hybrid w/NS pro steel stiff and a BTY 5wood to cover distances between 150+ and 200 yards out. But inside 150, Mp-60 7i-PW is a tough iron to beat...even for an old guy who picked up golf after turning 45.

I've hit tons of irons over the years - I'm a club junkie, and these are great if you want forgiveness, and feedback, and that forged feel. These are more forgiving than you might think. A shot not hit in the center will still go - a bad shot will still be a bad shot. They are beautiful clubs. I've used these for a year and when I try to go to a more forgiving club - it's not worth the trade off. These are so accurate. The ball will go where you hit it - no surprises. Be sure the shaft and lie angle fit you.

These are really my first set of irons. They are some of the best out there. It took me a while to settle on clubs, but the first time I saw them I tried them on the range. They had very good control, forgiveness, and carried the ball very well. I am still a kid, but these let me hit some shots like a pro. I would not recommend these clubs for someone that is just starting to play golf. They are for more experienced golfers who shoot from the low 70's to the mid 80's.

Just purchased these and they're easily the best feeling irons that I've ever owned. I gave up a set of the MacGregor 1025cm blade/cavity irons and I'll only play Mizuno from this point forward. The MP 60s have a much softer feel off the face and they're a lot easier to work right and left. Also, got the "upgraded" project X 6.0 shafts, which have made a ton of difference. The ball flight is much more penetrating compared to the DG s400's in my MacGregor set. In the end, I'd recommend this set to anyone that's shooting around par to the low 80s and doesn't want to fool around with a set of blades.

I recently bought a set of the Mizuno MP 60's and took them out to the range. Great feeling clubs! Definately the right investment for me. I researched and demoed clubs for a good month before I finally settled on these. I made the right choice for sure. I noticed my ball flying straighter and farther than with my previous irons. They aren't for beginners and its a good idea to have your swing down before using forged irons. I would recommend these clubs for mid to low handicappers. Ebay is a great source for sweet clubs in the right price range. Thanks.

I currently play Taylormade 200 irons and love them. I am looking for new irons, but I want something with the same feel. Thin sole and topline. Some workability and some forgiveness. I have been considering the Miz MP-52 or MP-60. Any thoughts since I shoot mid-low 80's, are these too much club for me?
