Just bought these. Great irons. Have been playing Mac's MT Pro-C. Was looking for updated forged irons. Hit Callaways, Titliest and the MX-300s. Hit the MXs best and they had the best feel. These are the best feeling irons I have hit. Mis-hits still go well but you know you mis-hit. Great feedback for improvement.

Good distance and good ball flight. Probably 1/2 a club longer when hit well. I feel I can learn to work these. Took a lesson with them to adjust and had a string of very consistent shots. I can see these building confidence.

Great club in between player's clubs and GI irons. Great looking irons as well. I play to a 13 and am looking for irons I can learn to work and get lower faster. They can be had for less on Ebay. I got standard specs with the TT XPS S300 shafts.

If you're in the market, I recommend you hit these. Most dealers will also fit you with the Mizuno system. That is also a great benefit of the Mizuno brand.

Just picked up MX-300 after an ehaustive search and must say that these are simply the best irons that I have hit, period. Firt time out for season on a cold (45 degree) windy day in Garrison NY and I was trowing darts at flags (would have gone low had putted and drove the ball worth a darn). Played the best round of my life on a business trip with a friends MX-200s and though I was sold but decided to try the MX-300s, AP1 & Ap2s to make sure. As I am between a 15 - 17 HCP I was hesitant to get the MX-300s as they are sold as "players clubs" but in the store I hit them better than the 200s and am looking to take my game to the next level. The Mizu fitting was great as I got the right shaft for me, the True Temper GS95 S and the clubs feel like butter. Would highly recommend to any mid caper looking to take the next step!!

The store told me that Mizuno normally take 3-4 weeks to turn around custom orders. I was thrilled when they came in 2 weeks! Way to go Mizuno!!

I changed from the MP52 to the Mx300 in search for more forgiveness. These clubs are awesome. 8 iron to pw perform the same as my old clubs but the main difference is in 5 to 7 iron. The higher ball flight and forgiveness was noticeable immediately. The new Dynalite XP shaft feels great aswell.

I simply cannot mis-hit this club full stop.

Bold Statement to make I know but heres the run down im a 6 handicapper.

I own these clubs so Ive put them through their paces, the final test came today in the pouring rain and mud and they performed excellently especially with dual compound grips added.

So overall, they are a very nice club to look at, you just want to run your fingers over them, I play these clubs with a very slight fade, onlookers swear im just dead straight may just be my perspective, however on the workability factor they are much easier to force a draw than to add to the fade. They feel great to swing and the sound they make is a confidence inspiring loud click, purely cosmetic but seems to add to conversation when you hit a beauty.

It cuts through crud exceptionally well i must say, and opening the face does not feel like youre fighting the club like some other game improvers. In fact I wouldnt say these were a game improver I would say they are a better players iron that everyone can benefit from. These would be equally at home in the hands of a scratch player as with 20 handicapper ,they have no offset which is great as I cant stand clubs with offset.

Workability is brilliant, distance gapping is spot on.

Everybody loves talking about sweetspots well i smashed 200 balls today trying to force some horrible shots just so I could make this statement. I rotated between 6 iron and a pitcher hitting bad shots at random from the very toe to trying to shank to steep swings to flat swings and it was only on the very extremes that I managed to fluff a shot that didnt go forward or hooked or sliced beyond what i would judge as a fairways width and all the while that great sound was there.

A very polished excellent forged mid priced club with no faults which I swear will dominate and win every review from here on in. I bet this club will gracing many a tour bag.

In a nutshell its a blade no... its better than a blade at last an end to the chunky offset game improving axe heads this is a whole new class. Everyone go buy one.

I have been playing traditional blades for the past 10 years. Age is creeping in and practice time is getting harder to find. Plus the cold weather is settling in. In an effort to find a club that would allow me to stay with the forged compact head style but still have some new technology with some game improvement qualities I spied the MX300's at my CC. Took them out immediately and played a quick 9 leaving the woods in the bag the whole time. Nothing but irons. Cut the 4 iron off the tee but not too bad of a mis-hit. Next 6 iron then Gap fell beautifully on the green. The feel is solid and in cold weather not biting or stinging. More distance is evident and the more pure the strike the more you get. Although mis-hits dont leave you in bad shape. The ball stayed in front of me all day. Trying to get used to the slightly stronger lofts and once I get the distances down my rounds and club selection should be easier. I am very happy that I got these and cant wait to start getting to work them with draws and fades etc. These definitely will help me keep my hdcp going in the right direction. This is my 3rd set of Mizuno irons. MP 67 and 57's. These seem to be the ticket.

My country club just got a demo set of these in the pro shop. The pro likes me so he let me take 'em out for 18 holes. I'm one of the best ballstrikers you'll find so pay attention. I was throwing darts at the flag all day long. I normally throw darts but this was like bullseye all the time. Irons have a fine trajectory with tons of distance. They felt forged and solid but they didn't feel like the MP-32 or MP-67. Not worse, but not the same. I must say I like chipping with a blade better than these but it's hard to argue with the performance from 120 yards and further. I'm going to keep them in the bag until the pro asks for them back. Not my problem if he can't remember. Besides, I like them.

Customer Service

I don't know Japanese so I don't think I should call them.

a quick review since no one has posted one yet. have only played these irons for 2 rounds, but liked them from the first shot. i've been playing mp-32s for five years. i've purchased and tried taylormade tour preferred and ping i10 irons since then. the ping i10s i was over immediately... although i still played them 3 or 4 rounds to be certain. the taylor tps i kinda liked, but they just didn't have that good mizuno feel. i got rid of them both and went back to my mp-32s. but, at 49 i know i shouldn't be hitting a more forgiving club. the mp-52s look like the ticket but i decided to go all the way with it and get thew new mx-300s. early impressions...

the 8 iron was the first club i went to hit and it looked slightly big to me. turns out it has the biggest look of all the irons. the others look pretty nice. i started hitting the 8 and noticed the solid feel, the forgiveness, and the extra distance over my mp-32s. i could still work the ball high, low, left to right, right to left... just that the ball went a club further and the miss-hits felt better and went better.

on the course i had no problem backing up my irons on the greens like normal. the new grooves didn't seem to be the issue they try to make out of them.

i like 'em, i'm definitely staying with them for the time being.

just a quick review so that there is at least one review up here. :)
