I am a beginner golfer and a tall one (6'5") and found that these are a great beginner club and well worth the money. Not a back-breaker in cost.

Very good clubs for the golfer just getting heavy into the sport but not yet ready to pay a grand for a set of clubs. Great feel and trajectory, forgiving and all around worth the money.

These irons are extremely forgiving and will launch the ball with mid-high trajectory. Excellent for a mid-high handicapper. Excellent value.

Model Reviewed: Great Hawk Irons 3-pw

These are a great club for the money. They are knock-offs of the older callaway model, the x-12's. I hit these about 5 yards longer than the x-12's and i find them a little easier to shape shots. The only problems i've had are 2 things.
1- whenever you hit a long iron off the toe the club twists very dramatically in your hands.
2- It is a little tougher to control distances with short or mid irons than with some of the other clubs that i've tried.
Overall it is a good club for a mid-handicapper looking to improve his game.
