No doubt the best set of irons i have ever had. Great feel and very easy to hit consistently. The new True Temper Speed Step shafts are much better then the originals they had on the Pro Combos. Would highly recommend these for anyone.

I switched from Hogan Apex Pro's, which I thought I would have in my bag forever. I loved the midsize Pro Combo OS especially since it looks like a blade at address with its thinner top line. These irons are "just enough" more forgiving than my pro's that I couldn't be more confident that I will hit a good shot. Very very true feel when hit well and the trajectory and distance is first rate. I bought them with stock shafts already thinking to replace them with dynamic golds, but I actually love the speed steps. The low bend does not send the ball to high, it just gets it up to land more softly and stop better. Great shaft. Long irons couldn't be easier to hit, although I still have a Hybrid to replace my 3 iron. Why wouldn't you! OH AND THE BEST THING ABOUT THESE PRO COMBO OS'S IS THAT THEY ARE TRUE FORGED CLUBS. NOTHING BETTER THAN A FORGED CLUB!!! I AM A 9 HANDICAP AT 28 YEARS OF AGE AND LOVE THESE CLUBS! THESE ARE NOT CRAP LIKE THE ORIGINAL PRO COMBOS. I SET THE VALUE RATING AT 5 STARS CUZ YOU CAN PICK THESE UP ON EBAY NEW FOR JUST OVER $300

Oh man... I personally love these irons. I got them for my 14th birthday, and have been using them for about 3 months now. I have the speed step steel, stiff. I wouldnt mind switching to regular flex. The shaft is great. The longer irons (like the 3 and 4 irons) are alittle harder to hit. But that's probably because they're long irons. My favorite irons are probably the 5, 7, and PW. They are awesome. Very forgiving. Overall I recommend these irons. By the way I purchase these from ebay for about $400.00. Worth every penny!! Later.

Picked these up still in the plastic at 2nd Swing for $409. Very accurate, extremely forgiving irons. Solid sweetspot, but not punishing on mis-hits like a forged blade. Progessive mid and long irons are excellent, short irons could be a bit more blade-like, but overall great set for most people carrying a double digit handicap. The transition between clubs is seamless, with the long irons as easy to hit as the wedge. I normally carry utility clubs, but can honestly hit the 3 and 4 irons without any trouble. I was previously playing a Cleveland TA2 and my HC has dropped almost 5 strokes in 2 months after playing with the Pro Combos. One note of caution - the stock Speed Step shaft (TT TX-90) does have a low bend point, so you will get a fairly high ball flight with these. I sweep the ball and have never hit a Dynamic Gold as well as I'd like, so these shafts worked out great for me.
