Pretty good club, Easy to hit, Has good feel on solid shot but off center shots are not too responsive. Good vibration dampening system. Recommended for players in the 80's. Also, you can work the ball better than you'd expect with these clubs.

This a good buy for someone who is on a budget and wants to sacrafice the quality of a top of the line company. These are decent clubs but recently bought the Mizuno Comp-Ez and there a much better club. The 6.0's feel light and there isn't much feedback at impact. The forgivness and distance control isn't very good.

I used these clubs for the past 2 years and think they are a very good investment. They are playable and very inexpensive compared to many other brands. I have just purchased a new set of Taylormade x-300 fci forged irons and honestly I don't think these high priced clubs are much better than the Powerbilts. I was going thru a slump in my game and of course blamed it on the equipment, so now I have two nice sets of irons to choose from! Golf lessons have improved my swing and I believe that the TPS clubs can help improve your game too. Just an added note, when I was trying out many new clubs at the range it always came back to the Powerbilts despite the allure of the more expensive brand name clubs of which I demo'd at least 10. I would reccommend these to all skill levels of golfers unless you insist on working the ball like a pro, these are basically straight ahead shotmaking clubs.

I got these irons on sale for $350. The price was right and so far (2 monthes) they have been playing very well. The thing I notice most is that I get much more consistent highth and flight on the ball. I was looking at the wilson fat shafts also but I am happy with these and they are priced a lot less (at least $200).

TPS 6.0 have all an iron can have, in relation to making a club easy to hit.
The 6.0 is and oversized cavity back perimeter weighted progressive offset traditional styled iron.It promotes easy to get the ball airborne maximum distance ball flight. The sweet spot is huge and the club resists twisting and turning on miss hits like no other club.
The club can be purchased with a state of the art Simms vibration system that has no equal and the materials are top line 431 double heat treated stainless steel (for soft feel and durability, True Temper Shafts and Golf Pride Grips. The clubs can also be custom fit for no additional charge.

Great set of irons. I had tried Taylor Made and liked them, but I like these more. I've tried around six other sets and finally came back to these. Easy to hit and they look nice too. Also excellent value for the money. Now I just need to find the gap wedge.

Purchased these Irons in August 2000 as my Mizuno blades had worn grooves and it was time for a new set. Recommended by dealer and custom fitted. Also swayed by Reviews on this web-site. I've persevered for 5 months now. Handicap has gone from 3 to 6. I practise three days a week - minimum -and am hitting all my other clubs (including Driver) fine.
I think the Ball flight is too high, offset is offputting for someone who was weaned on blades. Distance is inconsistent, with same swing producing vastly different results. Difficult to work the ball. Not a good club for a low marker, particularly someone who likes the look and feel of a blade.
I think these would be good value for a beginner or mid-handicapper.
Traded these clubs this week for second hand set of Titleist 962's. Best move I've made this year. I'm not the only one I have spoken to with this opinion of these clubs.
