PRGR 200i Irons

PRGR 200i Irons

DESCRIPTION

Popular on TOUR, the 200i is the original in what is becoming a wildly popular new category of clubs. Call them "Utility Clubs," "Driving Irons," or "Iron/Wood Hybrids" they're helping players hit higher softer 200+ yard approach shots and making Long irons scarce.

Have been wanting this club for a long time, finally found one in my price range on ebay. Love this club! Spent some time with it on the range and found that for me I need to tee it high and put it in the front of my stance to get optimum distance and trajectory. Very long off the tee on par 4's and VERY straight, hard to spray this club. Still working to hit it cleanly from the fairway but even on off center hits it runs long. Can't find much wrong with it, glad it's in my bag, nice to have at least one club you can ALWAYS count on.

Great club, solid feel and pretty forgving. Really long as well (about 240 carry, compared to about 210 for my old titleist 990 2 iron) Holds greens as well or better than most 2 irons as well.
