Bought these clubs about three years ago at what was a reasonable price then, though prices fell even more when teardrop took over. Good looking club in between oversize and a players club, nice shaft, mine is 80-90mph sensicore which I think is stiff, on mis-hits and thins no stinging fingers with this shaft. On solid centre hits this must be what a good forged club feels like. I think I will be keeping these clubs for a few more years yet.

To start, I just want to say "WOW". What a deal. I was out looking for good OS irons in the $300-500 range with stiff steel shafts. I pretty much tried them all, from all mfg. I was in Big 5 looking for footbal cleats for my son and I went over to the clubs like I always do and they were sitting there all pretty on the wall. I took a demo ride with the 5 iron and imediatly knew that I had found the clubs that I had been looking for. The price was $179.00 and since they were the only ones left he gave me a 10% discount. My first round with these was a 79 on a par 71. Tied my best round ever! I have now played the irons for aprox. 15 rounds and have matched the 8 over 2 more times. before this I had only done this one time in 16 yrs of golf. The ball flight is long and the feel is very good. At address the club inspires confidence. On off center hits the ball does not go as far but still goes in the direction that I was aiming. I recomend these clubs to anyone. My old addiction to golf has now returned to me with a vengance. Get them while you can because ram has discontinued the line. I am thinking about going out to buy another set of identical clubs so that I have a backup in case these get stolen or wear out.

Customer Service

This should create an interesting challenge if I ever need it.

These are some of, scratch that, these ARE the BEST clubs I have ever played. Very good feel and weight, it seems that with the nickel in the clubs makes it much easier to work the ball. The sensicore steel shafts are very nice too, they have the flex I like and best of all it has a feel almost like graphite. Besides all these playing benifits, they also look GREAT. I will keep these clubs for a very long time.

I have used Wilson Pro Staff, good club, but nothing compared to the FX Nickel!

These are the best at distance control! No explosion shots like you get with other game improvement models. This is the best feeling club on a solid shot that you will find...kinda like the old Hogan apex clubs I played one time....when I found the pea sized sweet spot, only the Ram sweet spot is a lot larger.
