I am an 8 handicap who was playing Titleist 990-b irons, i slowly began to realize i would be better off with something more forgiving, so i switched. I had always noticed these clubs working at the golf store, decided to check out the reviews on this website. I would agree that these are very easy irons to hit consistently, it is easier to hit a draw than a fade, but i prefer it that way. I feel a new found confidence in my iron game, which is not my strength. If you are in the market, try these, for $300 retail they are a steal!

I recently decided to upgrade from my old clubs since High School. I'm a college student that was searching for a set that was affordable, somewhat forgiving, and consistant. These clubs are wonderful. I've tried the titleist 762's, mizuno mx-15's, and nike pro-combo's and these are the best feel at a very affordable price. Mis-hits are forgiving without giving up much distance. In fact i've been drawing my shots more now with these clubs.

About a year ago I was looking for a new set of irons. I tested at least 35 different irons and narrowed my search to the Titleist 762, TM 320, TA7 and TM 200. I spent about 3 hours on the range hitting these clubs, their was no comparison. The TM 200 had superior feel, distance and accuracy. I have never hit a set of irons that feel as well as the 200. My score has continued to drop from the mid 90's to low 80's including a 78 and 79. On my days off I am always checking out different irons trying to find something better. I don't believe their is a better set of Irons available. I recently checked out the new TM RAC LT and the Mizuno MX 20. The RAC irons didn't have the same feel or distance of the 200, but I do have to admit the MX 20 give the 200 a run for their money. I also recently bought a TM R540 driver ( best I have ever hit)

I purchased these clubs as a replacement for my 10 year old Yasuda irons and after a periods of bedding in I am hitting my irons with much more consistency and better direction. I am also getting 20-30 yards extra per iron so whereas before I would hit a 8 iron, I can now use a 9 iron. After a little practice my pitching around the green has got back to where I was with my old clubs. Today I did my standard 9 hole early morning round in 44, 3 better than I have ever done before! Overall I am very impressed with the clubs and especially given the price (List £449 reduced to £249) they are a great deal for a high handicapper who wants to improve their game. Roll on breaking 90 for 18 holes!

Bought these because of tendonitis in the right elbow. Wasn't sure about consistency of graphite shafts, but not to worry. These are very accurate! Great feel, and looks. Not clunky. Very good value for the money, especially if you but them used as I did...

Started playing golf a couple years ago, but much more seriously in the last three months. Used to shoot in the 100s until last month when I got these irons. I really liked the Cleveland TA-7s and TM RAC OS, but new sets of those irons were a bit too pricey for me (as a beginner, I didn't want to "splurge" just yet). My instructor steered me towards the TM 200. What a great call. These must be the best "bang for the buck" irons on the market today! The confidence these irons give me is unbelievable. They are very forgiving. Even when I toe a shot or hit the ball thin, the ball carries reasonable distance and the it still comes off straight. Very important for hackers like me! And when I do hit the ball well, I am carrying the same distance and accuracy as some of my buddies with 10 or lower handicaps. I don't even hesitate about using my 3 and 4 irons, which I couldn't hit with consistently before. Anyway, the new confidence I've acquired with these clubs has me dropping my scores and handicap... FAST. Now, if I can only improve my chipping... Looks like the agenda for my next set of lessons!

Customer Service

Never needed them for the irons. I had a TM 300-series Ti driver throw a counterweight inside the head, and TM exchanged it with a new one without any problems. So, no complaints!

A very good & easy iron to hit. These are an outstanding value especially at prices available now. Very forgiving, off center shots don't lose much distance, helps on bad swings.

I WASNT CRAZY ABOUT THESE. NICE SOFT FEEL BUT COULDNT ALWAYS FIND THE CLUB IN MY SWING. A LITTLE HEAD LITE. I ALSO THOUGHT THESE WERE EASY TO HIT THIN. MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE THEY WERE HEAD LITE.

The 2003 Taylor Made 200 Series is the best set that I have ever played with. With heel to toe weighting and great forgiveness the shot always seems to go very straights and far. The clubs provide a great feel and once you get a feel for the irons, you know your distances and touch very well. These clubs also have a very big sweet spot so it allows almost for a perfect hit every time. If anyone who plays over par and wants to bring it down alot, these are the clubs to try. The forgiveness on them is incredible!
