TaylorMade 360 Irons

TaylorMade 360 Irons

DESCRIPTION

From TaylorMade: "Like its counterpart in the Driver Series, the 360 Irons are designed and built for added confidence and distance. Like the 320 irons, the 360 set comes with slightly oversized heads, perimeter weighting, the TaylorMade Feel Cartridge, the fortified cavity pad and optimized weighting and bounce for each club. The difference is a thicker topline for added confidence at address and more progressive offset to promote a higher, right to left ball flight."

These are the most forgiving irons i have ever played. They are not just ment for beginners and hitting hte ball higher. Since buying these It is almost impossible to hit a off center shot because the entire clubface is very forgiving. I would recommend them to anyone

I switched from Cobra Knockoffs to these Taylor Made 360's (standard 360 irons with R80 steel shaft). I've played for about 7 years now (with a big chunk of time off for shoulder surgery). I tried out a few other irons including some Ping irons and even some TM 320's. For me, these irons hit longer, straighter, and higher than any other irons I've used. I feel like I've finally found a set of irons that matches my swing. If you've seen my swing, you'd realize that also means they are very forgiving. I love these irons. It took me a while to get used to them because I kept flying them over the left side of the greens. That's because they fly long and straight. So when I took my normal aim (left to play fade), with the normal club, I'd fly the green to the left. I dropped a club or even 2, aimed straight and all is well. Did I mention that I love these clubs :-) Note, I also love my TM 320 Driver.

Just switched from my dad's old Dunlop/ Maxfli K3Tour set. The TMs are just so much easier to hit high and long! Very very forgiving on mis-hits. Highly recommended for high handicappers and those playing golf for the sheer fun of it! The TM set came with a bag and the R360xd driver and 3 & 5 woods, not to mention an A-wedge too!

I switched from a set of Callaway X-14's to the TM 360's and added 30-35 yards per iron( amazing). If you are a medium to high handicapper you should buy these today.

I bought this club 8 months ago because of this review site and found that it is very easy to use. It if very forgiving even my mis-hit did not punish me so much. I found that I can hit pretty far for beginner like me, like my 7 iron can reach up to 165 yards straight and quite consistent. Moreover, when I made a bad swing it did not vibrate too hard to hands like Callaway irons that I used before. Salute to Taylor Made.

I feel compelled to write in as I had relied partially on information from past reviews in making my decision to purchase these clubs. I had been playing with a starter set. My first round out with the new clubs resulted in significantly improved ball striking. My irons were much straighter and featured a much higher trajectory than usual. I also added an extra 10-15 yards per club with these irons. I found them extremely forgiving (important for me as I recently began playing and only recently began breaking 100. Bottom line: I'm very happy with them and find them easy to hit, even the 3 and 4 (which I previously had trouble with). I'm excited to play my next round. Now, if I could only learn how to put! A good value (not like buying new RACs!) I compared them mainly tothe King Cobra SSI irons and preferred the feel of the Taylors (was looking in the US$400 range). Price paid was in Canadian $

These are simply the best irons I've ever hit. You will not find another club that is more forgiving and straighter than these irons. Before getting them I had to deny my ego from talking me into a less offset iron, and I'm so happy I purchased the 360's. Even if the ball is miss hit, the club puts enough spin on the ball to demand less run on the greens (believe me I know). If you are looking for a very forgiving, but powerful set of irons; do yourself a favor and purchase a set of these legendary clubs.

I have always preferred steel shaft irons, but have developed elbow pain in the past two years so reluctantly decided to give graphite a try. I have tried about a dozen types of graphite shafted irons and didn't like any of them, went back to steel, but the pain convinced me to give graphite one more try. I tried the Taylor Made 360 irons in regular graphite at an indoor range and liked the feel. The results have been the best in any graphite I have played. Though not as accurate as steel, I am still getting the ball very close to the hole a few times in each round, and have not lost anything in my scoring. GIR are about the same as with steel. One problem that may take a while to adjust to is chipping. The ball jumps off of the clubface around the greens, but with practice it is getting better. Fairly high ball flight on full swings. The feedback is surprisingly good for graphite. Very good clubs and worth the money.

I was using X-14 Regular Graphite shafted irons until I got my handicap recently. Switching to the 360 Steel shafted irons posed no problems for me. I find that I can get equally high ball flight like the X-14. The best part is that I don't spray my shots like i used to, perhaps gotta do with the flighted rifle shaft. Moreover, I like the progressive offset unlike X-14 that has offset even for its wedges and short irons. I bought this 2nd hand set cos the new RAC OS irons is beyond my budget. But if the 300 series irons are already so good, I wonder how much more can they improve with the RAC to justify the price???

I've been playing golf for 4 mos now, yup I'm a beginner, this is my first real golf clubs (since i've been using those starter ones). First few shots on this clubs are awesome! good fly, feel and distance, for the short irons. They fly high compared to Bertha's which I usually borrow from a friend. Off center shots feels different, its like hitting it like a regular shot. Overall I have no regrets buying these. They're now cheaper since its an old model. For beginners like me, this is for sure your next set of clubs!

Customer Service

So far no problems yet. Had the clubs for 3 days.
