this is a great club, mine golf course has very quick fairways and a strong low penatrating ball flight is what you want and this club delivers that, mine has a x-stiff shaft to get the ball low and longand the club comes off the face nice and crisp as well.

I have a 19 degree Rescue Dual.
Can't hit this to save my life.

I hit 3 iron much more consistently and higher which defeats the purpose somewhat.

I hit a natural draw, but seem I have to hit a fade to get this up. Thinking maybe I have to adjust the weights but don't want to spend anymore.

Tried various things like choke down, knockdown shots, not much better than my 3/4 iron. Will probably bail on this one and go back to my 5 wood.

If you can play at all, this is a waste of money - Looks good, feels bad. The shaft is awful and the feel is totally unresponsive. Try the Adams Pro (comes with the Aldila blue proto shaft) - your best bet,or the Cobra Pro (comes with the Speeder shaft) - a very good one but the bulge and roll make it difficult to work, or even the Snake Eyes hybrid with a Graffaloy ProLite shaft. Good idea, very, very poor execution.

Customer Service

? Who cares, next year the company will change the model and you can find the club at the nearest sporting good store for about 40%.

These are awesome tools...after fiddling with the weights I am hitting long, high shots that have a slight draw, but can fade the ball as well. Great off fairway and esp. the tee...the 19* affords about 200 yds of carry with a very easy swing...I like the feel off my Sonartec the best, but this is still quite good. I have a cleveland halo which is supposed to be tops, but I can't hit it to save my life. This club has made shots possible that I could not hit previously.

Would love to say that I hit this club great, but I have had no success at all. Diamana shaft may be too stiff for me to swing. The ball never comes off the clubhead with a trajectory that I expect (or hope for). I hit the ball extremely low with this club and get no feedback from impact at all. Definately seems like a club for a much stronger player than me.

If you are in the market for a hybrid buy this one. I have owned the original rescue, and the nickent genex 3dx, this is by fay a better club. The TP makes all the differance too. I set it up with an 8g in the heel and a 6g in the toe and you can do anything with this club high cut low draw, punch you name it.

Customer Service

Have not needed to used but I have emailed about different questions and they respond very quick.
