Titleist 681 Set Irons

Titleist 681 Set Irons

DESCRIPTION

Titleist Limited Edition Forged 681 irons are targeted to satisfy those serious players loyal to the traditional looks and feel of a forged blade. The 681's feature a classic muscle back design, minimum constant offset, and an improved profile. They were used to win eight PGA Tour events in 2000, including three major championships. Compared to Titleist forgings of the past, the 681 is slightly higher in the heel and features a fuller toe. The short irons have been improved by deepening the heel and slightly reducing the toe, providing a square appearance. The stock Dynamic Gold shaft features the proprietary Titleist Nuetralizer, an oil tempered hickory wood dowel for enhanced feel and hosel strength.

WOW!! These are the most beautiful and pure golf clubs i've ever hit. They are long and very easy to work. If your not looking for forgivness these are probably the best clubs to play.

LOVE EM! To me, these are the Best of the Best. Not only do they look fabulous, but they feel just as great. Nothing feels better than smoothing the 2-iron flush. Yes, they aren't exactly the easiest or most forgiving club around, but if you're playing these, then you're not looking for forgiveness...you're looking for a club that will force you to improve your game.

Gorgeous... Finest set of muscle backed irons you can buy. Clubs are 15-20gms heavier than my Hogan Apex Grinds, probably due to the heavier TT DGS300 shafts and the wooden dowel inserted into them. Practically no offset with traditional lofts, but I like them that way. If you are a reasonably consistent ball striker, you will not be disappointed.

Customer Service

I've sent two E-mails to them regarding specs and hosel size. Took a few days but received detailed, accurate responses.

Great clubs, These are the best forged clubs that I have ever hit. Very easy to work right to left and left to right. I previously owned some Mizuno Mp-29's and thought it couldn't get any better, boy was I wrong. These clubs are not for everybody but if you like blades this is the way to go.
