As the a rather erratic golfer with much frustration on the course, I am very happy with these irons. They are smaller than other DCI models, so the 3 and 4 irons are tough to hit. The short irons are remarkable though and when you hit any of these irons clean, these clubs are noticeably better than most others. I tested out almost every make of club before settling on DCI's and I only purchased the 962B's because of the great deal I got on them. Highly recommend them. My value rating is based on getting a good deal on them used.

I own the 1-PW in s300 steel. These are superb clubs for a ball striker. Excellent trajectory control and workability. Gets mass behind the ball for a boring ball flight. These are among the heaviest irons I have used. You may need to make some adjustments to your swing to get the most from these shoot'n irons. I found that they worked best with a slightly shorter, flatter backswing and strong acceleration through the ball. This negates most of the effects of the wind, and yet lands the ball soft with lots of backspin. The 1 iron is a joy to swing, something that cannot be said for most iron designs. My game is still developing after only 2 years but these irons have allowed me to make major breakthroughs. I am ready to break 80 consistantly. My advice is to buy a quality club and then develop a quality swing. These clubs will help you push the envelope if a quality golf game is your goal. Many thanks to Davis Love III for this superb design.

these irons are great. after playing original dci's as well as mp-14 i have found the perfect compromise. these irons are very accurate and much easier to hit than mp-14 irons. it isn't that the mp-14's are that hard but the 962b just provides better results on mis-hits. at the range i still love the mizuno's but on the course it is nice to have a bit of a cushion.

The stronger loft than my previous clubs (DCI Oversize Black) has increased my distance. On average I'm now hitting 1/2 to 1 club less. Although the sweetspot is much smaller than the O/S clubs I find that I achieve good distance from an off-centre strike although the trajectory is poor. I find that with a good strike a achieve a much better i.e. higher flight. Tey took a bit of getting used to but I'm really pleased with them. My only slight criticism is a slight lack of fel compared to previous irons that I've played.

Nice set of clubs. When you hit the ball on the sweet spot, you can most definitely tell the difference of the response you get out of it. Trajectory is high and spin is good out of them. They aren't exactly the most forgiving clubs, so I recommend them to low handicappers. Over all, best set I've ever owned.

These clubs are comparible to the 990s except these are for the more advanced player. You get great soht workability with them. The only downside , like every blade or blade-like clubs, is if you dont hit it pure everytime you'll lose great distance.

These are about the heviest things I've ever hit! They don't play for my game because these had much less length than my other clubs which are Maxfli Revolution. I was happy, however, with the ability to shape my shots very well and hold the green.
