Model Reviewed: Toski Sure Shot

I purchased a set of Sure Shots last week and have found they hit about 2 clubs longer than my old forged set. For example I now use my PW instead of my old Wilson 8 on 130-140 yard shots. Even toe shots with the 3 and 4 feel good and travel well, but feel great when right on. The forgiveness is acceptable, but not as forgiving as other oversized clubs I have tried.

Shoot in the 100s

As a beginning golfer, I was looking to trade in my cheap, warehouse bought clubs. My instructor was heavily pushing the Callaway X-12 sticks. After spending several hours and trying just about every club, I settled on the graphite shafted Sure Shots from Toski. I found that with their brass weights on the lower perimeter I was able to easily get under the ball. Also, the extra mass provides a solid feeling of contact. The club's sole tapers up at the toe and heel with the idea being you minimize potential snags on the uphill & downhill lies. I'm not experienced enough to tell whether this makes a difference or not. One thing's for sure, in back to back hits I could hit further w/ the Toski over the Callaway. Cost for pw-3 was $599.
