I recently had problems finding a set of irons, that you could turn up and play with every week on a consistant basis without going to a large headed shovel of a a golf iron, until my uncle went to purchasing a well known brand on the tour and spending over #$1600.00 getting custom fit to find out they are just not what the name says in performance and feel of the golf iron,he tried to sesell the clubs and struggled to get half of the money owed to him.he eventually sold them for the $400 mark.He purchased his second choice a set of WILSON CI9 IRONS playing golf 2 weeks later I tried 1 of the irons and was hooked on the feel and performance of them,I recently came down to a hcp of 2 after purchasing a new set of wilson ci9s.I played the big brands such as titleist, taylormade, mizuno and found the wilson kicked all there arses, especially when the wilson staff brand is nearly half the price. If you want a iron that if you dont hit balls because your to busy or cant make it to the range these irons will not let you down.I found i can work the ball either way, they have a medium to high flight good for stopping on the green. When you stop and think of the irons that suit your game it comes down to the best feeling, easy to hit,and not having to try it just automatically happens with the ci9.I normally play a stiff shaft and love the ss105fst and the shocking part of it,this is a regular shaft and my swing speed is roughly 96 mnh.Very very happy with these clubs.Other people that are good golfers all rate these irons very highly when they have tried 1 of my irons.the only downfall they dont come in a 3 iron which is a shame, but you cant have everything.

Great new irons from Wilson Staff. I purchased them today from my local B&G golf and at only $499 for 8 irons that just came out at the end of 2009 is a great deal. As wilson says, any player can use these irons. From people struggling to people shooting 9 under par. These clubs are extremely easy to work as well. I hit them today for the first time and was hooked. I could easily cut or draw the ball as i wanted and these irons for sure don't lack distance. I hit my 6 iron about 180-185 yards and was consistently hitting that with these irons. The Ci9's also feel good on miss-hits, you can tell you miss-hit them, but u don't lose a ton of yardage like a lot of other clubs. Would definately recommend these clubs to someone in the market for a great iron at a price that won't break the bank.

Customer Service

AMAZING! I walked into the store, picked out the clubs, and in about a half hour they were fit to my swing and ordered. The best part was that the fitting was free unlike most places where they charge you for it.

None. These clubs are very unique in look and feel. They feel almost like a blade in workability but much more forgiving.
