Model Reviewed: BHB3 X

Bought this from 3balls.com I am a club junkie so could not refuse the US$78.00 price for like new condition but no head cover. This club has the standard rubber grip and not that Winn V17 that gives very poor wear performance. I like this old rubber grip much better than the V17 due to wear. Putter has a stepless shaft with double bend and shaft mounts direct to putter body with no hostel. I also have a Baby Ben and a BHB2X(I said I was a club junkie). The B3 allows a more up right putting stance than a Baby Ben heel shafted putter down and maybe even alittle more upright stance than the B2X does. The B2X is 3/4 toe weighted so it hangs at a angle with face 3/4" sideways when balanced. Both the Baby Ben and the B3X are rear weighted with face looking at the top when balanced. Now I like both the baby Ben and this B3X but......I was having some problems hitting past the hole with the Baby Ben. With the B3X I seem to have better distance control and I like the more upright stance better. All the Hogans are good putters. The trick is finding what suits your stance, swing and budget.Gor now the B3X is in my bag....till I miss my baby Ben to much anyway.

Customer Service

Never tried for putters but had some ferrule problems with some hybrids and never got a reply but I did buy clubs in USA and shipped overseas.
