WOW! What a great feeling putter. Just bought this over the holiday weekend and couldn't be more happy. I had read reviews that long putts were difficult with this putter. NOT TRUE. I have sunk more 40+ footers in the last two rounds than I did all last year. It has saved me 5-7 strokes a round. Both rounds were in the 70's. You need to give this one a try for yourself.

When you pick up this putter you sense how different it is. It took several weeks to get use to the 2 lbs. of weight. It does promote a smooth stroke. I am a fairly good putter, and have tried them all. I have tried 3 different shaft lenghts and stayed with the 33" They say it is the indian and not the arrow. This is as good as arrows get. I am as confident as can be with this one.

Customer Service

Putter had the grip installed closed. Since I didnt buy this brand new putter from them or a distributor, factory would not honor any waranty. Neither would the ebay seller
