This putter is very effective. Easier to line up than the 2-ball - cleaner sightlines, natural pendulum movement. Easy to stroke it square. Very forgiving if you're slightly outside the sweetspot. I've found that the distance where I think I'll drain it has increased significantly - 12 or 15 footers where previously I'd been thinking 'get it close' I'm now standing over confidently. Unlike other reviewers here I find the putter does give feedback on longer putts - not as much as a Scotty, but with the accuracy from closer in that's a trade-off I'm happy to take. I find long lag putts do not suffer. On average, I've dropped between 4 and 5 putts off my round, which makes this the best value club in my bag. Very highly recommended.

Model Reviewed: Never Compromise Voodoo-Belly

I have never played with a belly putter before and since I can remember used a normal 35’’ blade type putter. As with most of us we always blame the putter if we start putting poorly and therefore bought this belly putter to find out for myself what the fuss is all about. My verdict: 1. It does feel if you are a cheat by using the belly putter especially on the shorter putts, it gives you that sense of security that it is almost impossible to miss a putt. 2. That is all a golfer needs on a putting green – CONFIDENCE – no more no less 3. The heavier weight of the voodoo makes the stroke so much easier and gets the ball rolling without effort 4. Far easier to line up and seems a lot less distracting than other putters with similar dimensions (2-ball) and the pendulum motion leads to consistent results 5. I have found it takes time to get used to on long putts, as with all the belly/long putters 6. It will be the new fashion putter/score saver, mark my words and it does do miracles, but you still have to pick the ball from the hole yourself While Never Compromise is still relatively unknown and the putters reasonable priced get your hands on one and you will not be disappointed.

Customer Service

I email Cleveland golf in the UK (office@clevelandgolf.co.uk)the Never Compromise distributor and had a reply within 5 minutes from a lady called Sam, asking me for my post code to find the nearest supplier. And after 13 minutes I received the name and contact details of supplier and bought the putter there and then. The service was better than excellent more so because I paid only £89.95 for the putter.
