I like this putter much better than any I have ever owned. The center shaft is just what my putting stroke needed. Short putts are a breeze and my distance control is better than ever. I got mine on ebay for $40 and ended up buying another as a back up in case something ever happens to it. Great putter. Customer Service Never used.
