I buy new putters all the time but this 0004 pipe is the best putter by far. I'm going to buy the new pipe 11 0004 they added a sight line this should help even more.

Let me start by saying that I am not a very good putter. I stay in the high 70's normally with the irons and chipping. But, since I picked this up from a local used golf store for $69 like new, my putting has improved dramatically... especially the 10' and in putts.

The alignment aid looks like a piece of PVC, but I don't care in the least, because it is the best alignment aid I have found, and I have tried some really expensive putters: Rife, Cameron, Never Comp Exchange, most Pings and on and on.

Construction seems very solid, so hopefully no problems, as some here have had with the first models. Insert feels great, and the roll imparted is very smooth. Distance control is really good. Came with factory Winn AVS, nice feel.

I buy sell and trade too much, but I think this putter is in the bag for a long time... it is not gimmicky, it is very straightforward, despite it's odd look. If you have any problems in your putting game, this one is well worth a close look!

Customer Service

NA, but I hear it is very good.

Almost everything, pricey and cheap. For non-,mallets, I like the old Taylor TPA putters... cheap and a great feel. But this Pipe putter may be THE ONE! :-)

I have used blades all my life thinking it is the only way to putt. Refused everything until one day my friend took my new Scotty on hole #1 and gave me his Nickent Pipe in exchange. I will never give it back to him. It has amazing feel and balance throughout the swing and just lets the ball go with a nice roll from the face. Never putted better. But don't fool yourself, you have to practice this before dreaming a new putting record.

I tried it in a proshop and dropped 10 for 10 from 10' or better. Forgot about it and tried again at another shop..same result and had the kids buy it for my 50th. Definitely reduced my scores into the 70's by making the short par putts from 4'. Absolutely love it on all types of speeds of greens (winter or summer). Highly recommended.

Awesome putter!! It has been in bag for almost two years. Recently cut to 32.5', felt even better. Tried the #1 mallet putter from one hotlist, but still go back to Pipe.

Awsome putter. I've been draining an abnormally high number of putts from various distances for months now. However, I felt the length (depth)of the pipe was a distraction. I shortened the pipe by about an inch and wow. Now, I still making putts, but with more distance control. The putter looks like a small controllable mallet.

saw the infomercial and laughed..went to the store hit about 10 putts with it and bought it....I am a relatively accomplished golfer ageraging about 12 g.i.r, with my biggest problem being putting... this putter is great on long putts but for short putts it is difficult for me...I think that since i play on some severly undultated greens, when i have a 2-3 footer that i have to aim off of the cup, when i stand over it, it seems that i am aimed way off and i don't have any confidence in the putt..overall feel and alignment on long putts it is exceptional but just to much going on for the short ones. Also the pipe portion does seem to be breaking down, evidence of poor craftsmanship....I would say that I miss 90 percent of my long, over 20 feet, putts but more times than not the ball rolls over an edge of the cup making you wonder how it didn't go in.

I've had a large series of putters, but this one has been in the bag longer than any. It is hard to explain but it just feels right. It inspires confidence and I've never putted better. It is a very good product.

No experience. The "pipe" came loose once from me tossing it around and I used cyanoacrylate to glue it with no more problems.

Overall a descent putter. Not the best feel of the bunch. Had been putting with White Hot which is among the softest. Alignment is easy but the size of the head and the protruding pipe does take some getting used to. You expect everything to drop to carry a club like this and unfortunately this club is no better than what I was playing before.
