I was reluctant to use this putter simply because I considered the 2-ball aide a simmick and did not think it'd actually improve my putting. I picked one up at Golfdom and immediately realized the error in my ways! This thing is magic!! I canot miss - it is extremely easy to line up, is weighted beautifully, and had incrdible feel. More importantly - it has increased my confidence in putting from any distance - when I stan over the ball - I know it is going to go where I want it. Reduced to $139, this thing is a steal!

Customer Service

Golfdom alwaystakes care of me - their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I'll echo most of what has been said on this board already. I was a mediocre putter at best, but this technology has really helped my game. The 2-Ball feature has corrected some of my alignment problems and my percentage made from inside 10 feet is alot higher. The face insert, being firmer than the white hot, gives me better distance control on longer putts. It also encourages a lighter stroke, which has turned me into a dive putter for the first time. When I first got this, my friends were kidding me about the size (although its not as big as a mallet). Words like "desparate" and "sad" were common adjectives associated with my latest attempt to better my performance on the greens. They quickly shut their pie holes after being on the receiving end of my improved short game and some scores bordering on the 80's. A few lost bets will do that to you. ;-)

I have had this putter for 2 seasons now. The feel off the DFX face is excellent. I had put this putter in the closet after one season as it was not helping to align my putts as I had hoped. After watching the pros on TV, I noticed they were putting alignment lines on the top of their 2 Balls. I used a Sharpie and put one on mine and what a difference! One other thing I did that made the biggest difference was to take it to my clubfitter. The lie angle was just too upright for me. He bent it flatter and feels much more comfortable now and much more accurate as it sets up properly for me. The darker finish on the dfx series tends to chip a bit, just so you know, even using the head cover. The big thing I learned was to have your clubs custom fitted. Aside from that, this is a great, easy-to-use putter provided you tailor it to your game.

Believe the hype! I was very reluctant to believe that the 2-ball putters were that much better than any other putters. I have putted with a Ping since I started playing golf at age 13 and really did not see a reason to change from an Anser. 17 years later, I wish I had gotten this style of putter when they first came out. I have always struggled with putts from 4 to 8 ft. Not anymore! The 2 discs on the top make it so easy to line up the putt. Just find the line, line up the 3 white circles, and put a nice stroke on it. Easy as that. My short putting has become the strength of my game now. Never thought I would say that! The weight and balance of the putter is just right too. I went with the DFX over the White Hot because I liked the feel better. With a Pro V1 ball, the White Hot felt to spongy to me. But I'm sure it is just a matter of personal preference. Try this putter. I wish I would have a couple of years ago. I paid $139 for this putter, and would have gladly given more considering the improvement to my game! I'm always in the 70's now, when before I would flirt between 70 & 80. Quick note: This putter will help with alignment and confidence, but will not fix a faulty stroke!

Customer Service

Haven't used Odyssey c.s. before, but I have used Callaway and they were great. I don't see why Odyssey wouldn't be the same.

Great putter. Good feel, easy to align.

Customer Service

This is the reason I'm posting. My putter cover sock developed a large rip after only 3 rounds of play. I e-mailed Calloway's customer service and received a new putter cover (different design) within 3 days, no questions asked. Very impressive indeed.

I have had about 6 putters over the last 2 years. This putter is the BEST putter I have ever used. I have knocked about 3-5 strokes off per round with this putter. I find myself making 2-3 20+ footers per round. Alignment is easy, feel is good, and the weight of the head of the putter makes it easy to put a good stroke and roll on the ball. This thing helps me refrain from "peeking" and the hole and contrate on making a nice straight stroke through the ball. This putter is staying in the bag for good. I read somewhere that 23% of new putters sold are 2-Ball putters. I can understand why after owning one. I highly recommend you try this putter if you struggle with putting.

Anyone that struggles with putts under 10 ft. should give this putter a shot. I struggled with these putts often until I started using the DFX. Very easy to line up and seems the only challenge is to get the speed correct. Unless you are great putter, I'm sure this putter can help you hole more putts. Don't buy it thinking you will hole everything you look at with it. Putting well takes practice.

This is the smoothest putter I have ever used. Gives you a sense of confidence that allows you to line up correctly and take a nice smooth stroke. If you use pendulum style putting and accelerate through the ball, this putter is for you. Great feel, alignment, and distance control.

Putting isn't my best part of the game. I can score lower if I woudn't need that 3rd putt often. I recently tried this putter for the first time and it really works; 3 out of 4 putts at 10 feet I holed in one shot. The weight in the head of the putter does all the work, instead of aiming with your hands. Worth trying
