Felt it was time to change putters, as my last one was starting to frustrate me. I went to Nevada Bob's to demo as many putters as I could, with only a vague idea as to what I wanted. I began with this club, the Rossie. Immediately I liked the feel and stability. Distance and speed were easy to manage. I next moved to a Never Compromise Gray Matter 2 MM. This putter felt solid as well, and the gray middle aligned the ball nicely. But I putted it alongside the Rossie, and I could not tell too much of a difference, except the price (the Never Comp. was about $100 more). And, the Never Comp. was a little too long. So I put it back. I next moved to the Titleist Scotty Cameron Red X, heel shaft. This, honestly, felt just a little better than the Rossie, but, again, the price was a bit less friendly on the wallet. However, I had a hard time feeling the distance with the Red X as opposed to the Rossie. So, I tried the Rossie against a few other putters of the Odyssey line, including the White Hot and White Steel 2-Balls, and a couple of the blade putters. I immediately put the 2-Ball putters away...too distracting with all those round white circles. The White Steel putters didn't have the same feel as the White Hot, and I didn't notice any difference in roll. So, after testing these putters (as well as some others that I didn't mention), I finally decided on the Rossie. And I don't regret it one bit. I still roll it as well as I did at the store, and I just really love the feel, look, alignment, and stability. A very, very good putter.

After trying out a few putters I decided the White Hot Rossie was the one for me. It has a lovely weight and this makes it so much easier to hole those 5-10 footers. I still struggle a bit with shorter putts (but I guess this is my problem) and I sometimes find longer putts are harder to judge because of the soft putter face. I recommend this to anyone who struggles with putter alignment and doesn't like 2-Ball style putters.

Don't jump on the putter bandwagon with the 2 Ball and Ping Craze-E before trying out this bad boy! It's a beautifully made putter with a nice weight, feel and easy alignment. Suffered the yips for a while last season and was probably holing 3 from 10 putts under 6 feet, now i am holing 8 - 9 of these putts. I very rarely three putt from any distance and more often than not see 15 - 20 footers drop in. If you lack confidence with your current putter then the Rossie is the one for you no matter what your handicap!

Do not bother with any other putter than this. It is the best by far and why there is all the fuss about the cumbersome 2 ball putter, is beyond me. It rolls the ball every time; easy to line up; and is soooright. My putts per round are down by at least 5. Any putt of 20 foot I expect to hole and 3 putting is very ,very rare. JUST BUY THE DAMN THING NOW!

I was in a putting slump so decided to sample putters at Van's and Golfsmith. After trying a dozen or more of the latest gizmos, I decided on the Rossie. The ball rolls quite nicely. I like the feel and distance. I also am comfortable lining up putts with the lines on top of the clubhead.

This has to be the best putter I have ever used. I have used everything ranging from 250 bucks down to 80. I honestly have used about 20 putters in the last 2 years....one of the great things about eBay. Anyway this is by far the best. GREAT distance control. Six footers are almost a guarantee!!! I am so happy with this putter I brought my father to Golfsmith to try it out. He loved it too. I actually made him try the Nike Oz and Odyssey 2-ball as well but he loved the weight to this putter...which is perfect. He bought it right there. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PUTTER!!!. If you cant putt well with this, you just have to accept you are just not a good putter.

I never was too fond of mallet-headed putters they always seem so bulky. My old reliable Ping Zing 2 was giving me trouble lately, so I figured it was time for a change of scenery. I tried the popular “Two-Ball” mallet in a retail store, but after using my Zing for 16 years, I could not get past a feeling of confusion with the three balls in my field of view (it is probably a pretty handy tool around the garden though). The Rossie mallet putter on the other hand had a very acceptable look and when I drained five out of six 18-foot putts, off the rack it came. I used this putter in competition for the first time yesterday and I was absolutely amazed at the soft feel and alignment features of this beauty. I made some great lag putts and drained a couple of hard breaking putts with ease. I have a renewed confidence over the ball. Even knee-knockers are just a walk in the park. My putting stroke is now smooth and controlled. I highly recommend this putter for any type of skill player.

Went to the store to buy the White Hot 2 Ball but at address it felt quite bulky and abnormal. Tried all the Odyssey series and selected the Rossie as it felt sold at address and gave good alignment particularly on short puts due to the twin lines on the mallet cavity. I’m definitely reducing three puts and increasing one puts. Well on the way to reducing my handicap to single figures. Good putter with nice roll, better than the #5 and cheaper than the 2 ball.
