I have the Ping Anser2 Isoforce2 and it has the copper insert on the face. It has the best of both worlds. It is an insert putter without some of the hot and cold spots of plastic inserts. The copper insert gives excellent feed back and the Anser2 style is classic.

I recently traded in a Scotty Cameron pro platinum for this (nice putter but I just could not get on with it, don't know why).I had the ping custom fitted (2 degrees flat 34 inch shaft std face)and I would urge anyone thinking of buying one to do so. It has a lovely crisp feel off the face (none of the soft, dead feel you can have with some inserts)and sits just perfectly. This club has given me renewed confidence on the greens,at a price (£120).A high quality product which anyone could benefit from.

Please strongly consider this putter. Try it on real greens and you will be amazed. The proshop putting surface does not do this putter justice. I have never used a putter this good. In the first 15 min. I knew instinctually know how hard to stroke the putt. The feedback is so good for me i can hit it with my eyes shut and tell you if it will be 5 inches short or 5 inches long, the feel is that exacting. The best putter out there for any price.

Tried this putter after struggling on the greens, too many three putts killing my game!Good alignment and weight in the head helps get the ball to the holeside, but as someone else said, offcentre hits usually come up well short, nice feel off the insert though even with two-piece balls.

This is a great putter, I have tried the Carbite Dovetail series, which is not a decent product and I traded in for the Ping.
Played one round after getting this Ping and had no 3 putts. People go for the hype on some these new clubs, but for me, the old technology of the Ping IsoForce 2 is great. The ball comes of the clubface true with a smooth roll and a solid click sound.

Boy, do I like this putter! The copper pixel insert is great! It gives you a nice "hard" contact area/sweet spot, but unlike other "insert" designs the ball doesn't bounce off the face of the putter. An excellent putter.

I bought this putter barely used(with a winn grip) for $85 at the golf shop in my town. Man what a steal that was. I never liked insert putters b/c they were to soft for my liking. Not this one, it has a nice firm (but not too hard) feel to it that I love. This putter isn't quite as forgiving as others I've used but I've found that I've had better distance control with this putter than w/ putters I've used in the past....in short BUY AN ISOFORCE!

This putter is the only insert putter that i don't mind hitting. Most inserts such as the Oddysey dual force and the Taylor Made Nubbins feel way too soft and seem to hit the ball harder than normal putters, however, this insert is not the case. The aluminum pixels also allow the proper perimeter weighting to occur which makes for straighter putts. The only problem i have with this putter is it's unforgivness on miss-hits. Off the toe or off the heel puts feel like crap and you lose tons of roll distance.
