Ping Isopur Series Putters

For a long putter, this is a very good club. It lines up easy, it has a soft, responsive face, but if you miscue the shot, it will cost you.

Something weird is up with this putter. Everyone I know with this putter has a tendency to pull their putts. They are not bad golfers so I know it's not them. Allignment with this putter is really, how should I say, tough. The good thing is craftsmanship. I think everyone will agree when I say Ping putters last. Try the Taylor Made putters at 35 clams less. If you want the best, plop down another bill and get yourself an SC Pro Platinum

I was looking for a new putter with an insert after putting with a friends WhiteHot. I have a Ping Answer 2K which has been good but was having a hard time setting up on the short putts due to the lack of alignment aids. I tried a lot of putters and found this to be the best balance of distance and short putts. I can really lag this baby! I putt looking at the hole on long putts and the added forgiveness and feeling get me close from 30ft out. Close in it sets up well and the only three putts that I had were when I changed my line over the ball and the putt would go exactly where I put it. Works best with newer softer balls like Pro V, and the Nikes. Insert is a bit too firm for the hard distance balls of the past.

Bought this because I loved the original B60 and wanted the softer feel of the milled insert. Has worked better than anything else I have tried, and on all surfaces. A classic club and a great buy.

Excellent putter. Perimeter weighted to the extreme with clubhead shape plus peripheral weights make it very resistent to twisting. The long alignment line is a powerful aiming aid. The feel is excellent on faster or slower greens. The flat front grip also aids alignment. I have more conficence and better results than any other putter i''ve tried.

You think the White is hot try hitting the Ping Darby 1. This club has the sweet spot of the white hot but has the feel of a Tear Drop. Combined you have a great club.

Outstanding feel and accuracy, a great value. The isopur insert is very forgiving, and allows attack of any hole.

This is the most accurate putter I have ever owned. I have always dismissed the B60 series because I thought they were ugly. For some reason I bought one recently. What a sweet idea. The results I get when I use this putter make it beautiful. I may never use another putter, in fact I am thinking of buying a spare. The insert gives you a very forgiving range of spots on the putter face (almost heel to toe) to strike the ball with great results. If you strike it dead center it is going in the hole. There is no doubt. This putter prefers a pendulum stroke and the wider back flange of this putter design really aids in keeping the face square, which is the main key to consistent putting. I use this putter and view the results and I laugh because I have not changed my stroke at all, this putter just holds it's line so well all you have to do is gauge speed and it's over, go pick it out of the hole. THE BEST PUTTER I HAVE EVER USED. Go get one and see for yourself. I have not tried any of the other Ping isopur insert putters just the B60i. I am looking for an original B60 in stainless steel without the satin finish. I have heard they are lighter than the isopur models so I might have to customise it. By the way I own twelve putters and I have customised every one in some way, shortened, grip change, lie angle, loft/de-loft. I have done nothing to the B60i. I even left the rubbery tacky Ping grip on it. I am deathly afraid that any change might make it lose it's magic. Am I crazy? hmmmm. I do know the putts are going in the hole, from all over the place. Get one.

I just switched to this putter and can't believe the difference in the 5-10 foot range. Instead of making half the putts, I'm making 8 out of 10. I really like the more upright lie. Has a good feel. What can I say, I'm putting better....
