This putter looks very different from other putters but the feel is incredible. The ball starts rolling instantly upon contact and tracks extremely well. It is very easy to align. The only thing this putter does not do is read the greens for you. Even hard "distance" balls come off the putter face with a nice soft feel. The Railgun's ability to transfer the energy of the stroke into smooth rolling of the ball is unequaled by any other putter I have used. It is, without question, the best putter I have experienced.

Excellent.

My lack of skill with a putter is the main reason I shoot in the 80s. Three putts were very common - even when I hit the green in regulation. I still do not have very good technique but the weekend after I got the railgun was ENLIGHTENING. On the practice green, I sank a few putts from the 10-12 foot range. Even better, that carried over to the course where I shot two birdies, including a one putt on a par four. The next day, I shot three birdies with two of those on par fours. And most of the second putts were within 3 feet of the cup. If you like a putter with a classic look and don't mind missing the cup then keep on looking but if you just want to make putts and lower your score then buy a railgun now - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Tough to get alligned at first... probably because of my misallignment. Once I worked it into my bag it has been marvelous. When putting on a cahlk line it rolls the ball better than anything I have found. Every ball feels soft and it has allowed me to go back to playing a "hard" ball because it does not jump off of the putter's head. This has replaced a putter with which I have had much success for over 20 years.

OUTSTANDING. Just brilliant. I can''t tell you how impressed I am with this "outside the box" designed putter. For anybody who wishes to be a better putter, railgun will do the trick. Forget the looks, it works pure and simple. 3ft is a tap in and 10 ft feels like 3ft. It''s that good. The headcover is large in the bag and a bit of a pain, but without it will get dinged. It''s cutting edge in looks and performance and I see big things happening for this manufacturer. You will get some looks, but remember it''s all about getting it in the cup in the fewest strokes. And on that note, this putter will help anybody do that. It felt light at first, like it wouldn''t hold the line on the take away but the rails keep you on line. The zero loft face delivers a serious pop, no hop and it''s a well crafted piece of equipment - nothing cheap looking about it. And of course, buying from Alex G. direct gives you customized grip, lie angle and wieghting - your very own putting machine. I''m already selling off my stable of old putters on ebay. This is the solution to getting it in the jar without the worries. It''s going to be big, jump on board now.

Customer Service

OUTSTANDING. I spoke to Alex himself in designing my putter. Where else can you do that? He was busy and promised two weeks but hustled and had it to me in ten days. Great job, Alex. There is a 60 day

Unconventional looks generated many comments among my friends until they watched me start dropping putts... Pluses are it can be built to your specs in weight, length, loft and grip styles. It is very easy to align, and does not easily torque, push or pull unless you do so with your swing. Only minus is it''s size and looks. Once you start dropping putts who cares what it looks like!

Customer Service

Excellent, built correctly, prompt response to inquiry on shipping.

I have had the Railgun for about 4 months now. No question it has improved my putts per round - especially solid inside 8 feet and hardly ever miss those tricky 3 footers now. Some days, it is a never miss from 8-10 feet. Not sure how, but it definitely helps encourage a pendulum swing and alignment is clearly very simple. Oversize Winn grip also helps reduce any hand/wrist action.

Customer Service

Very good. Custom built and shipped to UK within two weeks.

Brilliant! This putter feels so natural, lining putts up is now easy and distance control is consistent. I ordered to my exact specifications and the whole process took 2 weeks from initial order to delivery. I can see a real improvement in my putting stroke, the ball runs smoother and with a consistent roll. 9 out of 10 balls drop in the cup from 10ft and I am working on longer putts now. I would advise anyone looking for a good putter to challenge the received wisdom and buy a Railgun. It is large and does take up some room in the bag, but its unconventional looks add to the fun, I now look forward to putting - whereas before I used to dread hitting anything with the flat stick. I will send in another review when I have significantly lowered my score - and I am now sure that it will.

Customer Service

Excellent service, even the delivery with fed ex was trackable on the web from leaving Texas to arrival at my home base.

Wow!!It looks like a croquet mallet, but boy can this putter perform. It has given me so much confidence on the greens, mainly due to the incredible ease in lining up the putt, and the way it promotes a repeatable pendulum action.Putts from around ten feet out are virtual certainties, which i've never experienced before, and i've had a fair few "out of the blue"long putts finding their way home! The craftsmanship is first class, and the components used are top notch. The owner of the company Alex Gammill, will make the putter to your exact specification, and from order to reciept, the whole process took about 10 days and that includes shipping to England,u.k.Iam very excited about the forthcoming season. This putter dares to be different, but the radical design is based on sound principles, and if you can put up with a few curious stares and comments from your golfing buddies i think that it is you who will be having the last laugh! The face has zero loft(most putters have 3%)and this enables you to roll the ball without any jumping or bobbling on its travels. The face,(which has no insert)has a very pure and silky feel to it.The Railgun putter is a bit special i think, and in a world of boring conformity it deserves every success in the future for its inventor.

Excellent, I am a terrible putter, but this putter aligns itself, and forces you to use a perfect pendulum swing. The only negative is it takes up a lot of room in the bag. Comes with a very cool headcover. And choice of grips! (love that wingrip)

Customer Service

Very friendly, he custom makes every putter, shipped overnight so I could have it for Saturday at no extra cost!
