Ray Cook Blue Goose 2
Excellent looking putter, and the workmanship appears as very good. The putter sets up well with good balance and alignment, which encourages a good putting stroke. The putter has a non glare black colour which is helpful on sunny days. The face is milled and the ball rolls truely when struck in the centre of the face. The Ray Cook Blue Goose 2 has always been an expensive putter. But it's a quality product with its milled face and gun-blue finish. I like the feel of some of the latest hi-tech shaped putters, but the Blue Goose has a timeless feeling of conservative quality. Nothing flashy, nothing gimmicky. It does the job & I would never consider selling it. It looks too good & who wants to sell a friend that sunk thousands of putts? |
