Started to play golf 4 years ago. I bought this putter and did not think the results were good. I put this one in the basement and tried others out. Recently, I tried this classic 1 out again. It is terrific. Now that I have the 4 years of playing I realize it was not the putter but me. This putter is beautifully balanced and smooth as silk.

I've used this model for the last 8 years and have no qualm with it. I didn't even buy it new way back then, who knows how old this putter is but I really like the balance and can hit the occasional 30+ yard put on a good day. The balance is spot on for my style. About a month ago, I decided to 'upgrade' and bought a Ping Zing putter at $150+. Well, after using the Zing I realized that my old Cook was simply better due to fact that I've been using it for so long and the price was right. I returned the Ping.
