Titleist Scotty Cameron Studio Stainless Putters

Titleist Scotty Cameron Studio Stainless Putters

DESCRIPTION

The Studio Stainless collection is the newest generation of putters from Scotty's Studio. Milled entirely from 303-stainless steel, these putters have a distinct sound and feel, and are virtually maintenance free. The graphics and red color scheme are inspired by Scotty’s interest in 50’s era design. Studio Stainless putters include different hosel positions, slightly wider soles for a confidence inspiring setup, sole draft angles to ensure the putter never sits closed and a bead blasted finish to eliminate glare. Studio Stainless putters are all about performance and look as good as they perform.

Used to play Pro Platinum 2.5. Good feel but need maintence. As my putter is start to rust, I decide to buy a S/S one. The S/S Newport 2 with less offset (more toe flow)actually helps to square the putter at impact. My putts drop a lot more! The feel is excellent as it is slightly harder than the Pro Paltinum. It is great for today's softer balls.

I purchased this club new off ebay for 180. This putter is fantastic! the weight is perfect and the feel is extraordinary. By far the best putter Ive owned. The price is pretty high in retail shops, $315 at Golfsmith by my house, but since I got mine for $180 brand new on ebay I cant complain.

Used to play with Mil-Spec 35". In my opinion, Mil-Spec's grip is better than this one, but Stainless Design has more repulsive power on its head due to new material. Eventually, it allowed me to reduce my swing motion and, thereby, I am able to perform more consistant and accurate putts. Overall, I am very satisfied with this putter except the price.

I previously played with a mil-spec putter and liked it a lot. When I tried this putter the feel was much better for me. When I made the switch within 8 rounds I carded a 69 and a 67 on back to back days. I have gone from 1-2 birdies per round to 4-5. This putter has added confidence to my game and my scores have dropped consistently since purchasing it.

Sorry, The pro platinum newport (mid slant) has a better more solid feel and a much better grip (full cord) a step back in my opinion and also the futura is too light for uk greens - I'll stick with the best, tho pro platinum for me!

Customer Service

not too good, lost head cover and it took a couple of month's for replacement!

This putter feels like its been forged from gold by the hands of Jesus, and coated in a layer of butter for good measure. Quite an achievement for something made of stainless steel. Its very well balanced and feels relatively heavy, which aids a smooth stroke. I found it for 120 english pounds on ebay which was a bargain considering its 250 pound retail price tag. Since getting it my distance control and confidence over short putts has increased. Great putter, great headcover and great deal. What more can you ask? (except perhaps a slightly thicker grip). Well done Scotty!

Creamiest putter I have tried thus far. All the positive review here are accurate, and then some. Love the look at address, the superbly balanced feel, etc. EVERYTHING about this putter exudes quality and the epitome of what a putter should be. A bit pricey, but is justified. I simply love this putter, and the headcover with divot tool is a nice touch.

I love this putter to death. The feel simply is incomparable. Also, the ball seems to be rolling off the face vs other putter that the ball is bounced off. I also like how it looks at address. It is so balanced and beautiful. I will not regret to pay this amount for the putter

Scotty has done it again. The new Studio Stainless putters are everything you would ever want in a putter. I shoot low 80's and this piece of jewelry will only allow me to get better. Here's the review: Pro's- 1.Durability-Something not usually found in Cameron Creations, but this new stainless steel is vurtually maitenance free. This putter is made to last a long time. 2. Looks-Arguably the best looks on the market today. The satin silver look reduces glare and pleases the eye at address. 3.Distance control. This putter will not skid! The ball rolls true time and time again. 4.Feel- What is feel? If you don't have any idea what I am talking about, try a Scotty to find out. I won't go as far as to say it is orgasmic, but man does it feel good. 5.Confidence- Every time you address the ball, it feels like you have a legitmate chance to make it go in the hole. Cons- Price. Price. Price. Titleist isn't out to make golf clubs to break even, they make a crap load off their products, but deservingly so. A $300 putter is a little over half a driver that's hit a quarter of the time. Once you try this putter or any other cameron on a course, the price won't look so bad after all. In summary, the confidence this putter gives you to make putts makes it worth every penny. Cameron has come up with such an advanced product that it deserves a couple of putts. If you don't like it, the resale value on these things are sickenly high...

Customer Service

Titleist, in my opinion does not have a customer service department. I guess they are too busy making serious clubs to care about replacing my lost driver headcover. Callaway, Ping , and Taylor Made are far superior in this area..
