Tour Edge Geomax Putters

Tour Edge Geomax Putters

DESCRIPTION

The GeoMax's hollow-head design moves weight to the outer edges of the club for greater stability, a deeper center of gravity, and a higher MOI. The putter's "T-shaped" crown and black & white alignment stripes make it easier to line up your putts. To minimize skidding, the GeoMax incorporates a T6 aluminum face that is CNC milled with horizontal grooves to start the ball rolling with forward rotation instead of backspin (which causes skidding).

excellent little putter.
models 2,3 and 4 were on display and 50% off sale at my local golfstore. #2 seemed too heavy, #4 had excellent feel but silly shaft angle (too shallow plane, i'd have to relearn all my putting stance), whereas #3 was just about superb. tried some much more expensive stuff (clevland, taylormade upper end models) at the store and still came back to this baby. milled face and aluminium face really prevents any skidding. great results from the moment go. 3 of the first 5 putts went in from at least 8ft at golf store's putting practice mat nad other 2 were millimeters close.
the only downsides are strange name (bazooka? stupid name for a putter) and silly blue-yellow grip. but these are cosmetics, the feel, alignment and roll are excellent.
got one for around 35€. what a bargain!
