Cleveland 588 RS Wedges

Cleveland 588 RS Wedges

DESCRIPTION

This wedge was specifically designed for players who struggle escaping from bunkers. With 60 degrees of loft, an extra large "recovery sole" and a low center of gravity, using this wedge is almost like cheating out of the bunker. And true to its name, the 588 RS retains the classic 588 profile that's made it the most popular wedge shape of all time.

I'm a beginner golfer. You know what that means. My shots are everywhere. Many times ending up in the bunker. I read the reviews here about this wedge and thought it could help out my game. I found a great used one for an awesome price on eBay. It had just arrived here from Hawaii. Found myself playing on a course today with a buddy and low and behold... I find myself in the bunker before
you know it. So I pull out this wedge and set my feet and ffsshhh!! From 30 yards out with the ball laying on a downslope the ball hits the green about 10 feet out, takes the nice left hand turn (which I was playing) and hits the pin and goes in for the second birdie of my life!! I'm sleeping with this wedge tonight. It was to date the best shot of my golf career.

Took this lob wedge for a round today and I used it in different conditions and it responded the same way, excellent. It gives me confidence when I pull it out of the bag. Great in the sand as advertised.

I have had this wedge for two months now and it is money out of the bunker, just put a nice smooth swing on the ball and it pops out with a nice high flight and lands like a cat. Can find them used for a real good price also.
