Cleveland CG11 Wedges

Cleveland CG11 Wedges

DESCRIPTION

The new CG11 wedges feature a slightly larger sole that is wider toward the heel and toe and narrows in the center. Weight is also redistributed to the perimeter of the clubhead, creating a unique stability chamber. This helps you maintain your clubhead stability through impact, even on off-center hits. And just like the rest of the wedges in the CG line, the new CG11 wedges come with precision milled grooves to give you the best possible spin control.

Im 13 and stole this club off my dad its great out of every lie including bunkers and it has spectacular feel, I use it alot and thats not because my other wedges suck or i can't hit them, they are 52* and 60* CG10's, but this club is amazing.

I got the 52* and 56* in the normal bounce as a gift and absolutely love them. Prior to owning these, I was playing with the Mizuno Black Ox in the same degrees and loved the feel of the forged wedge. It is true that the mizunos would tear the cover on just about every ball that I used. I tried out the CG10s and the CG11s and opted for the 11s because of their incredibly balanced feel in my hands. I've been told that this is one of the great things about Cleveland wedges overall. I think the clubs are amazing. I've worked incredibly hard at my short game and finally found some wedges that I feel help me instead of fighting me. I'm not saying that these are going to cure a bad swing or lack of touch and feel around the greens, but if you're looking to upgrade into some new wedges, these are a must check out. First round I chipped in for birdies on two holes and felt an amazing sense of confidence when in green-side bunkers. Give them a try. In my opinion, Cleveland has scored with another great wedge design

This wedge is amazing. I compared the CG10 and TaylorMade TP with this wedge. This had the greatest forgiveness without compromising feel.

I don't use this club for shots any longer than 60 yards, but everything hit on the sweet spot is one hop and stop. Great distance control out of bunkers, very versatile to hit high lobs or low pitches from just about any lie. My other wedge is a 54 degree gunmetal 900, provides as much spin.

I'm a teenager who's been playing golf for about half a year. I got this wedge recently and am very pleased with it. It's very forgiving and soft. The standard bounce seems to work very well and should be the best choice for most golfers. It doesn't seem as soft as the black pearl but i like it better for chipping.
