I recently bought a set of Mizuno's used on Ebay, MX-25 with set of three MP-T wedges. 51* 56* (sand) 60*. All with dyanmic gold wedge flex. Very accurate hitting, on fault, soft carbon steel, in Florida sand base courses they mark very easy, in fact small guges. I am not a total fan of pro look sand wedge, it's not forgiving enought around the greens on chips shots from hairy bermuda. I use my old ping knock off, with more bounce and offset. Off the grass all clubs are very true on yardages and accurate. Really I would not buy these because I am not a fan of the 60* wedge anyway, just open up the sandwedge and you get same results and have room to carry a more useful club, like a 26* hybrid. I don't believe in the Pelz theory, the more wedges you carry the more thoughts screw up you swing, that's my thoughts.

I purchased the 56 degree wedge, out of all the wedges I looked at Cleveland CG and Titleist Vokey. This had the best bounce out them all. I currently play with a Mizuno MX-25 Irons and I didn't want to pack my bag with the same brands. But this wedge is a home run.

Also, it retails for less than it's counterparts.

Customer Service

Haven't dealt with. But I have some of their other Irons.

For years now I've been a Titleist Vokey wedge user. I tried Cleveland but was happier with the Titleit. Mizuno as usual has produced an outstanding series of wedges.

Customer Service

Hit the 51, 56 and 60 for the first time today at the range. I can't compare them to my current 'game improvement' pitching and sand wedges...there is no comparison!

The feel and control blew me away, as i was able to consistantly pepper a flagged green at the range with all 3 lofts from about 75m.

These wedges are fitted with a Rifle 6.0 stiff shaft, which suits my normally quick swing speed. Even 'backed off' on the swing speed, these wedges were easy to control with a feel second to none. Forged is definately the way to go.

I was impressed with the MP-30's I tried, and these wedges were part of a set that was for sale. Note I said WAS for sale...they're now SOLD!!! I can see my handicap losing a few places over the coming weeks and months :)

Never used.

Have played with the G2's now for about 1 year. Easiest club to hit ever. This club is hard for me to play in the wind. ball tends to bloon. Changed shafts to DG R300. Did not help blooning problem. Also hard to chip with G2's. Also could never get usd to the offset ofthese clubs and the bounce. Have changed to Mizuno Mx 23 irons. The forged clubs, higher CG, and lower bounce, have helped my problem. My advice is get fitted by the factory rep (not a golf store). The G2's will be great if you need to get the hit the ball higher.

Bought my 56 degree off ebay and I'm on the look out for 52 now. I love this club. My short didnt exist before this and I had no confidence at all, now I will take on the most outrageous of shots. I can stop a ball dead now and Ive even spun a few back, muuch to my amazement. I'll take on anything with this 60yds and in and I never even have to think too much about the shot. Weight over the left leg, smooth swing and bobs your uncle, left with a tap in. What a hoot.
Again, like my other reviews I say 5 stars as I got a bargain on ebay.

This is the best forged club in the market. If you like to spin the ball but dont like rusty wedges, then this is the wedge for you. The black nickel finish spins the ball as well as a rusty club. This clubface feels soft and sensitive, which are the characteristics I like in a wedge. Mizuno is probably makes the best forged clubs in the business.

I Am an avowed mizuno fan and think that their clubs are incomparable in terms of quality and function. I recently bought a 56/ 10 wedge and first time out hated it. This has never happened with a mizuno club before. On close inspection the sole of the club is very wide and whilst 10 degree bounce is not excessive the width of the flange increases the effective bounce I think. I am not afraid to alter my clubs lie loft bounce etc so after grinding off the rear of the flange to a 45* chamfer and relieving the hosel side of the sole a tad more I can report that the wedge is transformed! Crisp contact easy to acheive, soft feel lots of spin ( until the grooves get blunt any way). However I think mizuno made a boo boo with the initial design
