I found this club to be very difficult and exacting to use. It is quite heavy and lacks feel with a full swing. Also the face is comparatively small which I found eroded confidence - I also shanked it alot. In measuring the loft, it actually came out at 57-58 degrees. I switched to a Vokey which I find more foregivingboth with partial and full swings.

The easiest to hit I've ever tried. I'm now looking to get a 52 to replace my Mizuno. I would consider it the most under-rated wedge on the market. This club is good around the green and in the bunker. Very good distance control and spin.

I saw this wedge one day, and given there great reputation with putters, I decided to try it out. Off the bat, these are unique looking and have a nice set up to the ball. My problem has always been blading a 60 wedge. I have tried Cleveland's, Vokey's, and Trusty Rusty's, but had trouble with consistency with them. Right off the bat I was sticking darts near the pin with this wedge. And consistency was there, easy to nail and stick. Spin is excellent. I have never been one to make the ball come back, but with the slightly abrassive face, the ball was jetting back two-five inches. The best part of all is the feel of this wedge. Due to the milling process, this wedge is extremely soft, and delivers amazing feel. I really feel I found the ultimate lob wedge, and if you're like me and have trouble hitting lob wedges, give the Ray Cook a run.

Wouldn't normally tackle a wedge of this quality and blade like appearance at my ability level but I found it on offer and couldn't resist. My opinion is that this is a fantastic wedge, don't get me wrong its definately for the better player but when I get it right the shot is excellent and feels controlled. I look forward to the day my ability lives up to this club.

OK, THIS IS A TOUGH CLUB TO RATE, I CARRY 4 WEDGES, MY PITCHING WEDGE (LIKE THE REST OF MY IRONS TITLEIST DCI 981) APPROACH WEDGE AND LOB WEDGE-PURE SPIN. SAND WEDGE RAY COOK- THIS CLUB IS VERY! EASY TO HIT. PROVIDES ONE OF THE BEST FEELS IN WEDGES I'VE HIT, SIMILAR TO CLEVELAND TOUR ACTION BE. COPPER. THE ONLY COMLAINT I HAVE IS THE SOFT HEAD IS VERY EASILY SCRATCHED, I RECOMMEND THIS CLUB TO A DISTANCE HITTER BECUASE IT HITS MORE LIKE A LOB WEDGE BUT IS VERY, VERY NICE FEELING.
