Model Reviewed: Izzo Super Cage Mouth

I purchased this net for nightly practice in my back yard and unfortunately have not been able to use it. But lets talk about the good things first. Its big and packs down pretty small. It does take two people to set up, the design is great but as I said its big and deep and painful for one person to set-up. However, waiting for someone to come home did not help my situation. While inserting the fiberglass pole that serves as a frame for the net the pole fits together like a caomping tent pole and it sheered apart where one pole fits into another. Now I am trying to get it warrantied and am having little luck. So I have a very nice, large unusable, $200.00 practice net, that may or may not get fixed or replaced.

Customer Service

Purchased from swingsomewhere.com and would warn others to stay away. After one e-mail and two phone messages left to "customer" service I have not received a reply of any sort. Upon contacting Izzo I was told that I have to send the whole net back. It weighs 29 pounds and is an oversized package. Apparently Izzo does not supply a replacement pole for this net. I will re-review once and if customer service gets satisfied.

Inexpensive top-flite net purchased at local discount store. At this point that was more useful than the Izzo net
