Great purchase! Reasonable pricing and a 5 star product. Easy to transport and clear LED screen. Will make great christmas presents for my relatives.

Customer Service

Wonderful! Timely and go above and beyond to make things right. Very pleased.

This cart worked well for 2 years then it stopped working. Customer Support told me that it was probably a potentiometer but they could not get one as they no longer supported this model. This after only 2 years.

Customer Service

Customer service sucks. I will never buy another product from this company.

Bought used from KaddyUSA. Worked ok summer of 2006. Recently manual operation unreliable. Runs full speed. Suddenly stops after going a foot or two. Remote runs very slow. kaddyUSA says it has fatal flaw. What a waste of money!

Customer Service

Nothing local

Company was in LA Divorce forced husband to take business to an eastern state, no response when emailed now email under construction. Have two, one stops in after two holes, always a problem with the other, and I love the electric cart, no correspondence with Agogos

Bought this cart in early 2005 and have been tinkering with it since to keep it running. Added Piano wire supports from the upper bag holder to the frame to keep the bag more upright and the cart running a bit straighter. Per the Kolnex website it appears spare parts are no longer available from Agogos which is going to be a real problem. As someone said, most time you get what you pay for.

Customer Service

Was good at first but steadily declined.

First outting trolley malfunctioned would'nt stop would'nt start then died must have been the rain .Remote packed in manual mode packed in Trolley struggles to get round 18 holes and when you need to push it in freewheel mode (you'll need to) it keeps jumping back in driven mode.Front and rear wheels can't be squared up even with adjustment.Remote now working Manual mode has only one speed which is way too slow. I bought my golf cart in 2005 used it for the season, about 5 1/2 months in Nova Scotia, another 7 games this year before it crashed!! Looks like I am not alone!! Contacted Tech support and eventually received the electrical box from them. The cart worked really well for 8 holes then stopped....Alex at tech says he has sent me a new handle assembly but has not given me the UPS tracking number so I don't believe it has been sent!! I am preparing to forward all the information to Marketplace on CBC. If anyone would like to e mail me with their horror story please do. Many voices may get something done to this unscrupulous seller.
