I habe owned t erobo for three seasons - use it occasionally. I like it because it keeps me walking. The /L trackign is a problem... but I don't use it remotely all that much. I just let it toddle along in front of me and use a hand to guide it. I don't think it's that big a deal, really. And I paid about half of the competitor's price. Customer Service Have had no service issues Similar Products Used: just that drag- it around model that I HATE ! |

This is my 3rd season with the Robo 250, and while it does not go stright, and requires a yearly "tune up" that can be done by the owner, I think it is worth the price. The not going straight can be adjusted on the rear of the unit. The I make it a habit of changing the drive pins and caring an extra push pin in the bag at the start of every season. I average 80+ rounds a year, with about 50% of them using the robo 250. I am currently looking on line to purchase original parts and came across this site. Customer Service Had a probelm with one wheel locking up when I first made the ppurchase, and they repaired it wihtout charge. |

I have had this cart for 3 seasons and had very little trouble with it. My course is very hilly and the cart will go up and down unattended. It does have a tendancey to need correction (L,R) to go straight on level ground but that could be set up. It is a reasonable copy of the Powacaddy at a fraction of the cost. Customer Service I had trouble when I first purchased the cart and they were quick to send replacement parts at no charge. |

My brothers and I purchased this cart for our father 2 years ago. The pins holding the wheels break and more importantly, one wheel has stopped turning completely. It is no longer usable. Didn't even last 2 seasons. Would not purchase another Agogos product again. |

I purchased the Robo 250 in May and have only used it a few times. It will not go straight. It's either left or right. I've read where they are putting an Alignment Mechanism on the front wheel. I don't believe the front wheel is the problem. You have two independently varible speed motors driving the rear wheels. I don't believe the cart as is will ever go straight. Hope I'm wrong. |

This is my second season with the Robo 200. I already need a new battery and the cart never did track straight from the beginning. My brother bought the same cart and is having the same problems. Never again with Agogos. |

The Cart worked great the first season. The Cart does not turn now in either direction and turns when not directed to. Unless the problem is fixed I do not see Agogos products in my future again! |
