The bag is great. I really like the individual slots for my irons/hybrids that prevent them from "clanging". My only disapointment is with the zippers. The zippers go "off" the track. It's a real pain. Also, the rain hood zipper handles both fell off!

Customer Service

Never had to use them. Have thought about contacting them about the poor zippers but I doubt that they would do anything about it.
