I have always been a huge Callaway fan to begin with so when I found this bag on sale it was a no-brainer. I really like how organized the bag keeps you both on, and off the course. But I don't think the bag is really as light as they say once all your clubs are in it. The double strap really makes carrying a breeze though.
In short its a great bag and I got it for an even greater price!

Model Reviewed: 3.8 Ultra Light

Purchased the Callaway 3.8 Ultra Light to replace an old single strap bag from the Sports Authority for under $60. Realized after purchase that this bag is really an Ogio bag branded by Callaway.

Its a great bag, with pockets to keep yourself organized, and just enough room for the necessary clubs - no room for extra wedges and other clutter.

This bag is well constructed, lightweight and the two-strap design design makes walking 18 holes a breeze!

Customer Service

I haven't had the need to contact Ogio or Callaway.

I have only been playing golf for a year and decided to break down and purchase a new set of clubs since eveything I owned were hand-me-downs a few times over. When I started putting my new clubs together I purchased a set of Irons and this bag. I was very happy with how light it was, it looked nice, and had alot of pockets to hold accessories. As my bag grew, I realized that an 8" opening is just not big enough. I could probably get away with it, if I didn't have 3 Woods (Driver, 3W, 5W). The area is just too small to hold 3 woods without the shafts rubbing together an potentially damaging the graphite. It is also lacking a Putter Pit, like many other models have. This is fine if you have a small blade putter, but I have a 2-Ball Odyssey and it just doesn't seem to fit. The Construction of the Bag is very good and will stand up so come abuse. I think this is a great 2nd bag to take if you are going to walk and not bring all your clubs, but I do not think this is a good only bag, especially if you have many woods and/or hybrid clubs.

Customer Service

In General my expirience with Callaway Customer Service has been very good. They are understanding and try to help as best they can.
