The pocket layout is a good idea. That's where the good part ends. I had it for just over a year and the handle broke. It's foolishly designed at the shoulder strap is attached to the handle, putting constant pressure on it. If you want to buy a new bag every year, get the Izzo, you'll love it.

Customer Service

They weren't willing to help at I was a month over the 12 month warranty.

Fantastically designed product, but the worst durability of any golf product I've ever owned. I have seen soft spikes last longer. I originally purchased an Izzo Intrigue carry system in May of 2001. By July, the strap that the balance handle attaches to came off of the bag. I contacted Izzo, and they were very sympathetic, and sent me a new bag. By April of 2002, the same thing had happened to the replacement bag, and in addition, the balance handle would no longer lock in place and the leg that caused the legs to extend had also broken. I contacted Izzo again, and they were again sympathetic, and sent me a "prototype" bag of the next years model, and told me they felt confident it would fix my problems. Well...none of the original problems have occurred, but the zipper to the main pocket broke, so I can no longer zip the largest pocket on the bag up. I have used pieces from both bags, bolts, and duct tape to give life to the Frakenbag I currently use. My father also went through two replacement bags from Izzo (a different style than mine) before finally getting a bag that has lasted. The design of the bag is great! I still think it's the best designed golf bag I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I would never recommend anyone buy an Izzo product. I give the bag 3 stars because of the quality of the features of the bag, but the durability is not even ratable.

Customer Service

The customer support was great! Even though I was unhappy with the product they made every attempt to stand behind the product (they sent me two bags). Unfortunately, the product durability wasn't nearly as good as their customer service.

Great looking bag. Plenty of pockets, zip off outer section lightens bag on days you don''t need the extra stuff. Maybe too many pockets - forget which pocket I put stuff in! Great putter sleeve inside main section, dividers are great. Only flaw I found was the adjustable pivot point for the carry-system straps, doesn''t lock securely in place. Being a shorter golfer, the straps, too, could be a little smaller - the bag tends to sit right on my backside rather than the small of my back.

Customer Service

excellent; responsive and helpful
