Got this for Christmas 05' and I am pretty impressed. The Hoofer system is great and the dividers make it real easy to get clubs out and put them back in. Water bottle pocket is a great idea. Customer Service Didn't use it. Similar Products Used: Ping Hoofer 1

Hoofer Extreme
The only thing Extreme on this bag is the hype. I Received this bag as a gift X-mas 2004 and I am somewhat disapointed. The quality of the former Hoofer carry bags seems to be missing on this model. The material seems thinner than on my Hoofer2 and the retractable strap system looks like the cord is shoestring material. The sliding left strap is somewhat gimicky as well. Also 2 less pockets which after contacting Ping they say was done to cut the weight by a pound. They lost the pound by using lighter and cheaper materials. The organizer top also does not have the most useful design in my opinion either having to stagger your woods in a zig zag fashion.. My advice is get an older Hoofer before you waste money on this bag. Customer Service Have had good customer service in regards to my PING irons. Similar Products Used: PING Hoofer,Hoofer 2 and L8. |
