Great pockets, great balance, nice and light. Would have been a wonderful bag except for the horrendous shoulder strap, EZ fit system. Oy Vey! It's the worst designed system ever. They wanted to make a really cushy strap that adjusts too many ways. As a result, the strap gets all twisted up every time it's put over a shoulder. Because of that fact, it's absolutely worthless for carrying (funny a carrying bag that you can only put on carts). Because of that, you have to buy a replacement strap. Thank you Sun Mountain, for making a crummy product and making me buy the replacement part.

They wouldn't own up to the crappy strap design but were happy to sell me a strap replacement for $35.
