Outstanding bag. The roller top works as advertised, making it really easy to swing the bag down and stand it. I have had mine for 2+ seasons now with no durability problems or failures - and I am not gentle with it. I have the ES version with lots of room and pockets, and it is still light enough to hoof a round comfortably - even for an AARP member. It's fairly expensive at retail (I got mine at a store closeout sale, making it a great value), but for function, it solidly beat out the Titleist, Ping, Nike, Ogio, Wilson Staff, Datrek, and other bags I checked out.

Have not had to use.

I have owned only one other stand bag, and it was a no-name brand. There is a definite "you-get-what-you-pay-for" difference.

Avoid at all costs! the roll top grab handle is a total waste of time, the pin/screw that secures the strap at this point has a tenedency to work itself loose whilst in use which leaves you half way around the course when your strap breaks. This has happened to me twice now, the first time i arranged for a replacement part to be sent but this time i wont bother, if i cant get a refund its gonna get binned!!

Customer Service

Depends on the retailer
