Model Reviewed: Maxfli M3 Tour

It's my honor to be the first to review this ball. Played this ball on the same course that I've played many times. The round was early morning, so the grass was wet and the temperature was in the 50s. I still hit the longest drives on a few holes compared to before. Balls I played before were Titliest DT, HP2, Professional, NXT Tour & Distance, Maxfli Revolution, Precept Tour & Distance. I wish I've tried ProV1 and A10 though. These drives beat old "records" by 10-15 yds. Shots hit with 3-wood off the fairway flew very far as well. Mid and short iron distance is the same as other balls, but stick on the green like a dart. This ball gives enough spins to let you work a draw or fade, but won't balloon. I successfuly drawed my Cobra SS 350 9deg stiff. Has a very tough cover. I hit one cement cart path, the ball got only a small scratch that looks like those created by a sharp-groove iron on a balata ball. Softness on putting is just right. Not as soft as Revolution, but very close. Overall, M3 is an excellent all-around ball for demanding players. With this ball, your game is all set because it does everything well. For under $35, it's very reasonbale.
