Purchased a case of four sleeves for 19.95. Hit a one of the tee box with my 3 wood at 280 yds, 10 yds longer than my previous best. Hit a PW 110 yds and it stuck less than a foot from where it landed. Seems to scuff easily, but a great value at the price purchased.

They play as good as any ball, let's face it, except for the few 70's golfers here on the board, the rest of us need to work on our game, not rag on the golf ball. It says right on the box, "for the committed golfer who possesses a strong short game" so, they are not made to make your short game any easier. They are good balls, albeit expensive. You can't blame a hook or slice on the ball. I bet Tiger could play a great round with them. For the beginner, go with a cheaper ball, or some x-outs until your game comes together. As for the reviewer who says if you shoot 90s and 100s get out of the game...he has obviously forgotten his earlier rounds.

I found one of these and was pretty excited because they are relly expencive so i tried it out on the next hole. It had good distance and good spin but it is the worst putting ball i have ever used. It feels like a rock and bounces on the green.

This is a great ball, I needed a was quite soo soft, I just happened to try this ball on a whim. I was totally suprised it is really long of the tee and more spin then I would have expected from a distance ball. It also has a great feel from the flatstick. I am disgusted at all the hacks that leave reviews on this ball, just cause they suck they leave a bad reveiw. HINT: It is never the ball or the clubs that make you suck, it is your own sorry A$$ self. Think about it you shoot 100s, 90s on a good day get out of the game.

An average ball has very good distance on all clubs but I was expecting a little more spin and softer feel.A better purchase would be the XL2000 same performence at a cheaper price.

I'm always up for new things. Received these as a gift. After two holes I was very disapointed. It was almost like hitting rocks. I would say they took distance from my shots. I call them Nike Anti-Distance.

Purchase a sleeve of the Nike Distance Control. This ball would better serve mid-handicappers who have a consistant swing. Golfers who slice or hook the ball, would do better with a different ball. The ball provides great distance and is good for putting, and wedges.

There seem to be some contradictory reviews with this ball. I found them to have almost no spin off the tee and with iron shots. Off the tee they tend to knuckle ball. They are fairly long, but control around the greens is iffy. Overall, if you want a controlable ball off the tee that is adequately long, this isn't a bad ball.

Fairly long off the tee and flies pretty straight. Ball feels hard- harder than the top flite XL2000. I was able to get enough spin to hold the green with approach shots on firm greens, but not enough to fire right at the pin unless the greens were soft. Flies with a mid to low trajectory. I'm not sure what the guys below are talking about saying the got lots of slice and hook, but no iron spin- spin is what causes a slice or hook- they are contradicting themselves. Bottom line- a bit of an improvement on approach shots vs. a pure distance ball but still is pretty long and straight off the driver. Maybe gives up a few yards off the tee. Doesn't have the control of a real spin ball. Feels hard around the greens, but performed fine. Does what is says it is supposed to on the box. A bit expensive- competitive balls are less $$$- the top flite XL2000 spin ball has comparable distance with softer feel and better spin for approach shots for about $8 less a dozen, but is less durable.

Probably one of the worst distance balls i have ever tried. I always like to try new types of golf balls but this was not any good. Poor spin and as others noted, I found i slice these balls more. Kind of expensive for a distance ball too.
